It was a wonderful experience at taj ganges, varanasi. I cannot thank enough mr asif and his wonderful team- ayush, sourav, supriti, owais to name some of them. Our thanks to the dining team- mr mishra at the chowk and the wonderful chefs who curated the dishes for us. Unfortunately we need to go gluten free owing to health issues but the team made us feel it was a no big deal. They are caring to the point where you would want to return time and again. How can i miss out on the wonderful girls at the chow k- poonam is the only name i remember. Three of them look quite similar to me and all of them were very very helpful. The wonderful gentleman, mr shubham(i hope i’m getting the name correct) made my pa feel so comfortable as he conversed in bengali. A big shout out to team taj gang-es and we can’t wait to go back again. Lots of best wishes.

Vandana ji, bakelal ji, ruspa ji and many more people made our stay excellent. I booked the taj as it was my mother’s birthday and they went above and beyond on the assignment. Right from the entering the Taj Ganges, Varanasi, wishing my mother happy birthday and amazing decoration done in our room, which they upgraded btw, it was best decision to host my mother’s birthday there. Food, ambience, hospitality, complimentary cake, everything was perfect. We saw mongoose, peacocks and many more birds on the estate. It was a pleasant walk. Tldr, we enjoyed our stay and would 100/100 come again and recommend to others.

The interiors of the room was excellent, toiletries great and the service was also good.. I had dinner it’s was not up to the mark as in Buffet dinner but the breakfast had a variety of dish which were really delicious I went for walk for around the campus the place did not have a recreation zone like TT, Pool table or indoor games which I was expecting from this property. But the surroundings in the campus was beautiful gardens and a pool Over all the stay was pleasant and good

Location of the property is great. Close to shri kashi vishwanath temple. So going to the temple became comfortable. The property offers cab service to the temple, but of course one has to book for the cab as per the rate. The staff and service were great. The staff was humble in behaviour and approach and carried a smile on their face. That’s what matters in my stay. The room size was less spacious and that’s a con of the property. Breakfast and dinner buffet were great.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Taj Ganges, Varanasi. Everything about the Taj Ganges, Varanasi was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

Special thanks to sarita vandana rupsa and vikas for their extraordinary hlp and making my stay like at home m y son in night got exhausted and we asked for fan night 12am vikas arranged immediately for him next morning my son got dehydrated madam sarita go extra miles and help him with medicine lemo water and khichdi my all respect and love for your team and i pray your Taj Ganges, Varanasi stands out always in future thanks taj gang-es and your team salute respect

The most beautiful stay so far. Can’t thank more of the housekeeping staff’s details to the room cleanliness, essentials and the foot soak after a long tiersome day. Splendid hospitality from the travel team for arranging the boat services at varanasi ghats including shopping recommendations. The food was prepared with uttermost quality by the chef and i couldn’t stop than compliment for the utmost care they provided with the food and suggestions.

Room was very good and bed was quite cozy. All the amenities were there which we need. Loved the extra care provided by the Taj Ganges, Varanasi management. All the staff was helpful. Cleanliness of the room was upto mark. Overall had a nice and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing experience. Exceptional hospitality and service. Room size was a bit small, however everything else was excellent. Food was very yummy and the staff is very courteous. Swimming pool was also good. Its a very beautiful property with large lawns.

We booked the Taj Ganges, Varanasi for 2 adults and 1 child. Room set up eas extra ordinary and we were welcomed with welcome drinks. Breakfast buffet options were extraordinary. The chowk restaurant was amazing. Overall a five star experience.

My wife and i stayed at the Taj Ganges, Varanasi taj gang-es along with our friends on november 15, 2023. Property is located on a large piece of land with beautiful lawns, trees and landscaping. It gives look of a luxury holiday spot. Rooms are well done, dining room and bar are superb. Breakfast has vast menu and tasty too. Staff are proficient and helpful. In conclusion, a perfect Taj Ganges, Varanasi. Could not be better.

Nice stay and love the place very much

Every staff greets you with a smile. The staff was very cordial and helpful in every which way. They surprised us with some room decor and complimentary cake on request for my mom’s birthday too. Very prompt service! housekeeping staff needs applause too. Definitely a taj stay is the best. Nothing beats taj!

We really loved our stay! asif was there to assist us not within the premises but also for aartis arrangement and all. The delicious food was prepared and warmly served by mush-an and nishant. Their smile every morning brightened our day, giving it a kick start. We loved the property also. It was worth every penny!

Very hygiene & clean rooms, breakfast is yaummy. Excellent place to stay near by locations to visit.
