Taj Green Cove Resort & Spa, Kovalam

The room was 119 it is at the far end and deep down. Every time you wanted to go up to the restaurant or to the reception we had to traverse about 25 steps up and another 15 feet of slope to the reception. The restaurants are another climb of 25 feet of steep steps. Taj should take into account the age of the guests and allot rooms.

The service was truly exceptional, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The property itself is excellent, beautifully designed and maintained and offers a unique setting nestled between the serene lagoon and the vast sea. Overall, it’s a perfect blend of luxury, nature, and impeccable hospitality. Highly recommended for a peaceful and memorable stay.

It was lovely staying at the Taj Green Grove Hotel. The rooms are nestled in lush green wilderness. Very picturesque and breathtaking. The hospitality of their staff (Mr Joel, and Mr Abhishek) was really impressive. The food prepared by chef Harish was amazing. Overall it was a great experience.

We had an excellent stay at Taj, from front office, security personal, house keeping ,restaurant staff they were all so friendly, cordially and always helpful. The best place i ever stayed and i will definitely come back.

We stayed at Taj during our Pooja vacation. This property is located at an amazing spot where one side we see ocean and other side lagoon. The entire resort is core Kerala theme and the rooms are 5star

Exceptional service, specifically the front desk who always greet you with a smile. Rooms are quite good although lack any view. But the entire area is quite green and has a very fresh vibe. The resort is split into two sides - one with the rooms area and the other side (across road) being the sea and backwaters - but travelling between them is quite convenient. Food at the restaurants was also reasonably good and they pay close attention to your requirements. The infinity pool was closed during our stay but they had organised other activities to keep guests involved. Overall a very good experience and nothing to really nag about.

It is a lush green resort with peaceful surroundings. Place is not crowded in a good way. Staff is very caring, everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home. Special credits to “jasmine way” restaurant manager and chef who made extra efforts to make our stay comfortable.

Had a fantastic stay at Taj Green Cove, Kovalam. The resort is beautifully nestled between lush greenery and the sea, offering stunning views and total serenity. Rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the food was delicious (especially at Bait), and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special as they decorated the room just as we asked & the surprise cake was so delicious, their attention to detail was exceptional. Highly recommend for a relaxing luxury getaway!

Taj needs no introduction. Taj and its staff are known for the best hospitality in the industry. Front desk staff members are very helpful regarding my queries. Thanks to chef Mr. Rawat, staff at jasmin bay restaurant Sonam, front desk member Joel, sebastian and other members at Bait restaurant everybody is great and knows how to take care of their guests. We spent one night at the resort and it was an absolute delight. The reception staff were warm and welcoming. The other staff throughout the resort were very polite and helpful, the restaurant staff were patient and friendly and served delicious meals, kids enjoyed the food made to their own taste. Room was clean and comfortable. Overall we had a great time and look forward to visiting again.

We made a spontaneous trip to Taj Green Cove with no big expectations, but it turned out to be magical. The lush tropical vibe and stunning architecture were top notch. The kids had a great time and we came back refreshed. Only downside — the buffet could’ve been better.

Very nice place with perfect privacy and cozy ambience. The service was great, every need taken care by the staff. The little irritant I felt was the distances involved between beach/ restaurant/ rooms etc. The charges though is a little on the higher side even though the service provided may justify it to some extend. Overall a great experience.

it was great experience from entry to check out. Food is superb with no of varieties available. Taj Team Sujith, Abhishek , Rahul, Pramod, Fatima, Kaushik, Sonia and Jinsha served us like own family. sea views from property is awesome.
