Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa

The property location is fantastic. The Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa is Located 5 minutes ( via the beach) from the iconic Aguada Fort and Taj Fort Aguada. As a guest of Holiday Village you can avail of all amenities of the Taj Fort Aguada, in essence you are a guest of 2 properties which is pretty unique. We stayed a a cottage that overlooked the sea beyond the swimming pool. Our cottage was literally 5 steps away from the swimming pool. The food was good , we ate at the awesome Banyan Tree in a scenic setting and were hosted by their courteous Mr Joshi. Caravela, Kokam, SFX, and Morisco were all exceptional and service was spot on. I’d especially mention Melvin and Anita of Caravela who were efficient, courteous and amazing hosts. They are both amazing with kids, played with our baby each time they came to our table and took care of all our special requirements for baby food. Melvin was watchful and ALWAYS helped us carry the baby stroller near the entrance of the restaurant 🙏 Their front office and welcome too was traditional and Madhur at the front office is a super brand ambassador of the Taj. He is a wonderful personality and makes you feel at “home” the minute you interact with him. Besides that everyone- Rituraj ,Sahoo the life guards, the buggy drivers. Servers etc all make you feel special and are exceptional!!

From the moment we stepped foot into taj holiday resort, goa, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation. The resort's stunning architecture, lush greenery, and impeccable service set the stage for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with every amenity one could desire. From the plush bedding to the breathtaking views of the arabian sea, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure maximum comfort and enjoyment. The resort's culinary offerings were equally impressive. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the warm welcome upon arrival to the attentive care throughout our stay, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met with a smile. Overall, our stay at taj holiday resort, goa was nothing short of exceptional. From the exquisite accommodations to the impeccable service, every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. We left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and already planning our return trip.

Had requested for early check in but was denied despite rooms being vacant and available. Caught front desk team bluffing and lying which, i did not expect. Iv r doesn't work, tried calling 11-12 times to reach front desk before checking in, every time it got disconnected. Rooms - 3/5 - superior and luxury rooms have an interconnected door to adjacent room so if you are looking for privacy and select room category accordingly. The same for sit outs and balcony rooms. Sit outs and balcony are shared with adjoining rooms. Service - except front desk - 5/5 location - 5/5 food 5/5 also, don't expect honesty from front desk staff. E. G. Taxi rate initially was 2500 but 2 days before christmas suddenly they changed it to 4000. Had to show proof to get taxi at 2500. Also, they keep building up the hype that the Taj Holiday Village Resort & Spa, Goa is running to 100% capacity despite multiple rooms being available.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the taj village resort, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The resort is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and well-maintained facilities that truly enhance the stay. A special mention goes to the support staff at caravela dining. The team went above and beyond to ensure every meal was a delight. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism made our dining experiences memorable. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, the service was impeccable, and the staff made us feel truly welcomed. Thank you to everyone at taj village resort for creating such a wonderful experience. The overall experience was good, though not great. We had requested an early check in, but got the room at 1:45 pm due to some mix up. The front office mixed up my name with someone else & came to me with keys of another person’s room. Maybe a genuine mistake. Staff was apologetic and genuinely nice. It had a ripple effect, we were celebrating a special day and decorations were done in another room. I got a call saying i had asked to remove decorations, though no decorations were there in my room. Just a feedback on the comedy of errors, though overall we had a good time and staff at restaurants etc was really courteous & good.

We had an excellent stay at taj village resort. Even though it's an off season, the resort had many tourists and the staff ensured we were treated well. The rooms were pretty and clean. The amenities and services provided were top notch. The beach safety was great, the staff was courteous and food was delicious. Esp the breakfast options were really good and tasty. There was shuttle facility between bothr the taj resorts which was convenient. Also there was kart facility between lobby and the dinning area. Had a overall positive experience and would highly recommend for families stay. Thank you : )

Beautiful property surrounded by greenery plus gives you vintage feel. The best part of this property is the hospitality of the staff. I had gone for my babymoon and they made is so special and comfortable. The food is so delicious and the breakfast view is just wow🤩 they have good entertainment for kids and adults, every day they have different activities planned for every day. You can have access to the Taj Agoda also has an amazing sunset view. Even if you don't go out of the property also, it's worth the Goa trip because this property itself is so relaxing.

It was an amazing stay and the team tried their best to make our anniversary very special. The property is huge and views are breathtaking from the cafe and deck. The beach is easily accessible and super clean. It was an amazing stay!

Home away from home with an amazing hospitality and services. Evenings are magical the breakfast spread is too good.

Absolute bliss! the entire property smells so good, i was here for a night, i enjoyed my time here. It is always a delight to have breakfast & tea at a beach facing restaurant. Like all taj properties, staff is courteous.

My first time at the taj holiday resort, we always preferred the taj aguada fort before this. But i think if you have kids the village would be better than aguada. The rooms as always are well appointed and staff courteous, and food great. They made sure that my son’s first time in goa was memorable. Want to thank bhushan and binita for decorating the room and sending a cake for my son. They made it super special for him. All in all a wonderful experience.

Very good stay and good price in off season. We travel-led during july which is relatively off season in goa and we got a good deal at taj holiday. The was very comfortable and all amenities were exceptional.

Amazing hospitality and beautiful property by taj. The best part was the deck area near the beach and swimming pool with bar.
