We always stay in south Goa as we go for relaxation and I was sceptical while I chose this property but to my surprise this came out exceptional in every aspect. The staff is incredible specially Tushar, Rody and all the housekeeping staff. The location is exceptional and excellent. The best part is that you can access Taj fort aguada also with the courtesy vehicle. 5 star experience!

Our recent stay at Taj Fort Aguada and Taj Holiday Village Goa was truly memorable. Every member of the staff ensured our family’s comfort and happiness throughout our vacation. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ujjawal, who promptly arranged medicines when our child developed a severe cough soon after arrival — his kindness and efficiency were deeply appreciated. Mr. Sanjeev, at the poolside in Taj Fort Aguada, made our experience outstanding. From ensuring safety and organizing fun activities to capturing wonderful moments through photographs, he made sure our child and we enjoyed every bit of our time by the pool. A special mention to Mr. Imraan, who constantly checked on our stay and comfort. He thoughtfully offered a ground-floor room for my father’s convenience but also ensured we could enjoy our preferred balcony rooms. He even arranged interconnecting rooms so our parents could stay close to us — a gesture that meant a lot. His warmth and attention to detail made our stay seamless. We are also grateful to Chef Nishant, who personally interacted with us and even offered to prepare dishes beyond the regular menu — a true reflection of Taj’s personalized hospitality. The beach was spotless, rooms were luxurious and comfortable, and housekeeping was excellent. The inter-hotel cab service between the two properties was smooth, and the security staff were polite and courteous, making my parents feel like royalty. Overall, it was an amazing experience for our entire family, filled with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. Both properties beautifully complement each other and embody the true Taj spirit. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Goa!

The stay was great, the villa was sea facing. The breakfast however was extra crowded with long waiting periods on all 3 days. We had to wait for over 20 mins one day with a baby in our arms, no place to sit and wait also. Apart from that the staff and travel desks were really helpful. Would visit again.

The food quality was below average. Very limited food options in breakfast. Also they feed same food every single day in breakfast. About room service.
