Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra

This was our first ever stay at a Taj property and we’re sure we’ll keep coming back. The location, hospitality and comfort was worth every penny. The restaurant exceeded our expectations as we were welcomed with regular feedback and suggestions by the chefs, making our feasts even more enjoyable. I would like to appreciate the head chef/Managers Praveen and Ashish for their hospitality. The service at the restaurant was impeccable as well, and would like to appreciate Rampal for all his amazing efforts in serving us. The one small issue I had was with housekeeping. We were 3 people in a room and all of us wanted to take a bubble bath, and when asked for 1 more bubble bath and cyrstals, the lady who was heading the housekeeping declined my request saying our quota per room is only 2 bubble baths n bath crystals. That kind of a response was not expected from a Taj property. I understand customers might be asking for things only to takeaway most of it, however, she should’ve at least counted the number of people staying in the room before holding back the bath crystals and rationing us. That was the only thing. But I guess I will be prepared the next time I go, as I asked a senior and he said that there was no such policy. Nevertheless, i would definitely recommend booking this Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra if you wish to live luxuriously amidst great hospitality and exceptional service. The best part - their terrace that has an infinity pool with a view of the Taj Mahal.

I went to celebrate my birthday with a friend and stayed for 1 day. Overall hospitality, room and food was superb with amazing variety. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, especially chef parveen, ravi and shorab/moushumi from their team were great support. Hotel staff arranged a cake at 12 am midnight and at the time of breakfast as well which was a pleasant surprise and made our stay even better. Hotel is at a great location because it is just 300 meters away from taj mahal, hence making this a great place to spend with friends and family. Must recommend to all.

Stay was overall great. There were a few hiccups as the Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra was fully booked so the management found it difficult to handle orders, room service and check out seamlessly. However biswadeep and team came to apologise for the delay and mix ups which is appreciated. The playroom for kids was excellent! needs to have an earlier start than 11 am. Food at the lunch buffet and breakfast were excellent.

We had an excellent stay with grit service, awesome good and everyone going out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. The restaurant staff ( palato, especially chef praveen sir, akash bhaiya, and ram-pal bhaiya provided excellent, seamless service. Even the parking staff ( maharaj ji and jitendra sir) weee extremely polite and helpful.

The property is very near to the east gate parking of taj mahal (walking 300m distance. The staff of the property was very polite and helping. Makemytrip provided easy and comprehensive reservation service. The food over the restaurant palate was really good. Overall a good experience.

Everything about the property is top notch. The service of the Taj Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra is truly unparalleled. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay of two nights here and will surely visit in future.

My stay at taj convention agra was great as the staff was very courteous and helpful. I have gone there to celebrate my 5 year wedding anniversary and they decorated the room beautifully.

Infiniti at the top is quite nice . Had a wonderful evening . They upgraded my rooms to luxury category . It was all good . The staff was helpful .
