Gratitude overflows for the gracious Miss Honey and the efficient Harshvardhan from the front office, ensuring my stay was nothing short of seamless and delightful. A triple dose of gratitude to the miraculous Pecky from the spa, whose rejuvenating treatments were nothing short of divine. Let's not forget the impeccable service from Vaibhav and the astute Mr. Yashwant from the F&B service at Jharokha. The unsung heroes of the housekeeping team, though unnamed, are the sturdy pillars of this ethereal abode. Simply amazing property and superb service with human touch. We went there to celebrate our child birthday and he was made feel special on his day be it from the welcome to organasing cake cutting and photographer for the event everything was so smooth and perfect that we never had to take stress for everything…the day we booked the property their team was in touch with is for details and any special event and organising the same even though initially it was just booked without making payment this shows their commitment to serving…the property is beautiful with multiple locations to take breath taking photos

Excellent stat. Super courteous staff. Spacious rooms. Beautiful view feom all around. Only minus was the quality if spa. I would not recommend spa for the price. Super small room was provided and was nrh better than a normal spa in any other Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur. Apart from that, the whole stay was veey pleasant. If u can afford the price, one should not mi-as staying at this taj.

Had a wonderful stay at taj lake palace. The staff were more than welcoming and went over the top to ensure we had a memorable stay. Kunal parasramani from front office was excellent from check-in to check-out. The staff at jharoka were par excellence- yuvraj and pavan were very helpful. The complimentary activities and programs were made the entire stay memorable.

I had a wonderful experience as was expected. Room, food, property everything was spot on. The activities organised was also very good. The exclusivity of the property was appreciated. Staff was also wonderful and all our ad hoc requested were well catered. If price is no problem then would strongly suggest this.

We experienced best hospitality wonderful stay. As it was our honeymoon and the house arranged good arrangements for the new wed food was awesome!

Very great experience. The staff their will make you feel like a king or a queen. Chefs will curate special meals as per your liking. Staff is always on their tips for help you need.

This Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur is basically a palace so it's ambience is royal, and so is the service they provide. We got our room upgraded by the Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur and the lake view was breathtaking. Had a great stay there.

Excellent staff .. specially MRS Jasbinder ji and Karthika ji at reception were very kind and helpful ... ‼️.... in restaurant CHEF BABU SIGH & MR MUSHAHAID - manager in restaurant were very supportive.. who have visits restatement better take their support... overall excellent stay

We found a Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur in make my trip that provided satisfactory service. However, the Taj Lake Palace, Udaipur crew did not respond to our emails (i sent one in the morning, and they replied after 7 p. M.

The experience was phenomenal and the Hospitality of Taj lake palace was wonderful and the Staff was very kind and humble. Hoping to visit again Soon.🥰🥰🥰

Amazing service provided even at 2-3 am late night.They went to market late night to get medicine for my kid which is everything for me .

The property is impeccably maintained and the hospitality is outstanding. We enjoyed meals at all the restaurants, the spa service, heritage walks, boat rides and the wonderful music and dance events in the evening. This has definitely been our best taj experience.
