We recently stayed at the taj land’s end, mumbai and it definitely exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed, the service and hospitality was exceptional. The check-in process was efficient, warm & welcoming. Our room had a breathtaking view of the arabian sea with choppy waves, given we were in the midst of torrential monsoon rains. The room was tastefully decorated, with thoughtful touches and very comfortable. The amenities in the Taj Lands End, Mumbai were top-notch - the breakfast buffer had an array of western and indian choices. We walked on the grounds, watched the rabbits and the koi fish and took in the wind swept landscaped grounds. What made this an exceptional stay was the impeccable service by the customer experience manager viren d’sa who took a lot of time out of his busy schedule to orient us to the facilities and services offered at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai. He pointed out activities at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai that we would have not known otherwise. We dined at the ming yang chinese restaurant where the food and the service were superb. Amid-st the piano playing in the background, the bagpipes at sundown and the lamps lit in gratitude, we were immersed in beauty and elegance. What made our stay a memorable one was not only was it a home away from home, but also that every staff member was attentive, professional and went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable. We are already planning our next visit. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a classy, luxurious, memorable experience. It truly meets the highest international standards.

Our stay at Taj Lands End was truly exceptional, and it was the amazing staff who made all the difference. A special thank you to Renuka, who made the check-in process incredibly smooth and easy. She also gave us great restaurant recommendations that elevated our experience. The Taj Lands End, Mumbai lobby was welcoming, and the high tea service was impeccable—staff were extremely polite and attentive. Pariniti from the F&B team at the lounge area deserves special mention for her helpfulness and her beautiful smile, which made our time there even more pleasant. The butler service, provided by Divaysh and Faizal, was excellent, with every need attended to promptly and professionally. Additionally, Abhishek from housekeeping was extremely helpful and polite, ensuring our room was in perfect condition throughout our stay. Overall, the combination of beautiful surroundings and top-notch service made our stay unforgettable. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend Taj Lands End to anyone seeking a truly luxurious experience.

I was travelling with mum so safety was my main concern and that is why I chose Taj and I wasn’t disappointed for a moment. Safest for women travellers. Another reason was its the proximity to Mount Mary’s Basilica in Bandra which is a stone’s throw away from the property Heartfelt Special thanks to the so adorable front office exec VIREN D’SA for making our stay really comfortable and giving us the complimentary vehicle and lovely quick check out too! Breakfast and dinner was delicious. The sea views from the room were breathtaking. The restaurant managers and the serving staff in Vista were really sweet. Above all the real heroes for making the Taj Lands End, Mumbai unmistakably Taj are the ever smiling housekeeping staff for the 10/10 cleanliness- Take a bow, guys! We also were lucky to be part of the 22nd anniversary celebrations of Taj Land’s End… here is to wishing all the staff another 22 and more years of providing top notch services to the guests. 1st thing 1st one lady receiving the guests in the checkin section was very rude, but all the other staff members were nice. Welcome was good. Room was neat. One suggestion-on weekend, they decided to make vista dinner a set menu which will be served, as compared to a buffet. A way would have been way better as people can eat what they want and with less wastage of food. On weekends this idea of keeping dinner as set menu and bringing the food on table was according to me not great, because as people were more the staff was very very overworked, they were continuously running here and there trying to attend every guest. They were so overworked that staff was not able to clean the tables after the guest leaves for atleast 20-30 mins. Just my suggestion, try not to keep set menu( to be served at table, on the place of a buffet on weekends or when the Taj Lands End, Mumbai is busy. Otherwise nice stay. Taj always does something to make u feel special. Breakfast was delicious.

It was a fantastic stay at the Taj Lands End. We were welcomed in a traditional way by a welcome drink and by a garland. I booked a luxury room but to my surprise i was upgraded to the Taj Club Room without any extra cost. The hospitality was far better and pretty much quick responsive. Breakfast menu could have been slightly more than what usually they serve but whatever it was, it was nice and delicious. I was served hi tea and evening cocktails on complimentary basis which too had a delicious menu. The rooms are quite big, well maintained, and hygienic too and it had all amenities needed. They also provided us with a complimentary cake as it was my mother’s birthday. Staff is also very friendly and cooperative. I would love to stay in this property every time i visit Mumbai. Love ❤️

The taj Taj Lands End, Mumbai is located wonderfully at the seaside thus making our partial sea facing view room also very serene. The staff is extremely polite and helpful and checked up on us if we needed anything. Checkin was prompt. Taj is always quality service. I would like to add two things however. The rooms, although clean and nice, are not the best and not comparable to the other Taj Lands End, Mumbai chains in the same price range as they seem outdated in their interiors and overall feel a little old. I booked the property at a discount but it might not be worth the full price. Also, i have been contacted 5 times to review to the property by the staff so it seems a little harassing at this point.

i recently had the pleasure of staying at the taj lands ends with my family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. from the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional, and the ambiance made us feel completely at ease. the highlight of our stay was the delicious food—every meal was a culinary delight. we were pleasantly surprised to discover that an à la carte dinner was included in our stay, which added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. the variety and quality of the dishes were simply amazing. overall, it was a memorable stay, and i highly recommend the taj for anyone seeking a perfect blend of comfort, service, and exceptional dining.

My stay at Taj Lands End in Mumbai was amazing. The Taj Lands End, Mumbai’s location gave me stunning views of the Arabian Sea and the Bandra-Worli Sea Link, which was a treat to wake up to each day. The room was spacious, stylish, and super comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. The staff was fantastic—always friendly and ready to help with anything. I loved the dining options, too; each meal was delicious and beautifully served. The amenities, like the gym, spa, and pool, were top-notch and perfect for unwinding. Overall, my time at Taj Lands End was a mix of comfort, great service, and unforgettable experiences.

We go to the taj to unwind over the weekend, and this was exactly how we thought the experience would be the hot jacuzzi. The swimming pool playing with rabbits, the kids play area. All these things are the points that we go there for.

Surprise warm welcome, staff are friendly, room service was awesome, dinner food quality and breakfast are superb. Hotel location was beautiful and stunning. Will visit soon again
