I recently stayed in taj, mg road to celebrate an occasion and it was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the exceptional service we received. Afsiya went above and beyond to make our stay truly magical. Her attention to detail and dedication in understanding my preferences for the room decor made our room look like a dream. The cake and the sweet dessert in the evening were thoughtful touches that made our celebration even more special. I also want to express my gratitude to marnin and ishwari, who were equally helpful during our stay. Their assistance and hospitality were much appreciated. Overall, the entire team at taj mg road made our celebration hassle-free and memorable. Afsiya's kindness and professionalism stood out, and i can't thank her enough for making our stay so wonderful. I celebrated my special day, my wedding anniversary with Taj MG road Bengaluru, and it was a lake view king size room, and yes it had all the amenities to make you feel king sized. All the special requests for room decor were taken care of plus a complimentary was arranged for us. The best of luxury products are made available and each minute details for your comfort is taken care of. Very friendly and co-operative staff. Coming to the restaurant, the trinity square has a huge spread for all the meals and all dishes makes u say Waah Taj. Staff took care of all the personalized food preference we asked for and it was all cooked and served fresh per order. To sum it up, worth every penny spent and also MMT provided us with a complimentary Taj experience voucher which can be redeemed for anything we wish to spend at Taj. In and all WAH TAJ ❤️

Property is centrally located in the heart of the city. Food as usual of taj is par excellence. Wherever you belong to, you get food of your taste or they arrange to provide you happily. Whatever the amenity you think, is available here. You won’t get even this treatment in your in-laws house. Beyond expression. Staff is so cordial, each and every staff member is there to help you with smiling face. We enjoyed our stay at taj for three days which has made our bangalore tour memorable. Front office staff is so cordial. Ashish on the front desk provided the necessary information about bangalore on the day we checked in.

Excellent Interior with correct ambience according to the mood , Cosy bedroom with view - we really enjoyed the hospitality with extremely friendly and smiling house staff. Food is very tasty and high in quality and taste. We had a package of Lunch and breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed . Front office is extremely helpful with warm welcome .We had booked during Dewali and our vacation was made memorable by every member of Taj MG Road members .We would love to be back here again sometime. Thank you Taj and Make my Trip. I would highly recommend the food quality- absolutely master chef quality 😋

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Taj M G Road, Bengaluru. Everything about the Taj M G Road, Bengaluru was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

From the time the cab arrived till the time we left, we only encountered very polite pleasant staff, who all greeted with a smile. Check in was a breeze and housekeeping was very accommodating to my son who slept till noon. I would rate this a five star experience! i wish i did not have to pay for an extra night because they did not allow early check in. The checkout lady thought i was checking in while i was leaving but it was late at night so she gets a break. The breakfast spread was impressive and delectable.

10/10 location staff is lovely. Rooms are comfortable. However, food can really improve. We were there for 2 nights the breakfast was 85% same (i do appreciate them not wasting the food) but the exact same thing was put out the 2nd day as well, which made me wonder if it's even older than i thought. The buffet spread is really ridiculous, u have to walk around the entire restaurant to take the food as it so spread out. We were very unhappy with the food. Else it's a good Taj M G Road, Bengaluru.

This was our first stay at taj. We were given a good sized room facing old madras road. The room was quite nice with a beautiful bathroom. We wished it had a balcony attached to it. But for it, everything else was nice. Their breakfast was quite delicious and we enjoyed the outdoor seating.

We stayed at Taj M G Road, Bengaluru taj mg road for a night stay and it was a very wonderful experience for us. The room was clean, with city view and very comfortable. The staff was polite and supportive. We had dinner at their buffet and even breakfast in the morning. The food was tasty and of nice quality. Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay

Absolutely great experience! taj hospitality no doubt is one of the best. In room dining is great as well along with a great dining experience in the in house restaurants. It is conveniently located and has lots of attractions around in case one is trying to explore bangalore.

I usually stay at taj on all business trips and feel home. Overall ambience, rooms are neat and clean, good food, warm welcome etc. Moreover if there can be change in taste of food, would be more comfortable for regular stay.

Overall i had a pleasant stay. The food, the cleanliness and smiling welcome of the staffs we’re excellent. One mr. Ansh who was at the front desk reception was very pleasing personality in welcoming the guests.
