The stay is quite a experience to behold, the staff was very polite and very gentle in their behaviour, the food is amazing as well as delightful l, rooms are very spacious and elegant moreover its a memorable experience here at taj new delhi, very authentic food and wide range of varities available here and the most relaxing area is the pool side wide its sheer calmness and silence make the stay even more soothing and comfortable, happy hours on the 8th floor of the building offers wide varities of snacks and drinks which too makes one feel royal in every sense, we can order as many drinks we want and enjoy the breathtaking view of delhi from our table. The taj truly offers you a undefinable experience that you will cherish for years to come. Moreover the Taj Mahal, New Delhi lobby is so neat and clean as it is newly designed and constructed wide minute details, lifts offers smooth operations up and down the building, we have a full fledged gym inside the premises as well which offers every equipment of modern day use to help improve our physical health and maintain our body shape as well, tah also offers you wide range of jewellery shop inside the building ( the lovby area ) which showcase you wide range of mordern jewellery items wide the most afforable prices available, the receptionist is quite helpful to me as well i like to mention her ( mans i ) and want to thank her for his prompt service to our room whether it is the decor part or cake everything was just perfect and on time as well, really appreciated the behaviour and quality of service the staff members of taj provided us really thankful to all of them for making our special day more special, special thanks to mans i for being so cordial and sweet from the check in time to check out, you are literally so good in your job. We had an absolutely amazing time at Taj Mahal Hotel. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great and Beautiful décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast and Dinner was delicious n mouth watering , with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable Specially Piyush Duty Manager, Nayantara Front office excecutive, Shahjahan Front office manager, Jintender Machan Manager, Mansi Verma GRE, Priyanka GRE, Prakash FNB Manager, Ravinder FnB and Satyam From FNB. Nothing was too much trouble The only disappointing thing was a Minor issue with my room Bathing area however that has been taken care of by Mrs.Bhawna Verma very well by going extra Mile and created a wonderful experience. Other than that, I can’t fault the place and will definitely go back. And again a special thanks to Piyush Duty Manager Who was very helping during his day off from work he was with me on watsapp to check if I have any issues then Mansi Verma who made my brothers Bday memorable by making arrangements on time or even before time and Specially the flowers Bukke 😍 and Mr.Jitender who was really Helping and supportive at the time of meals when it comes to my mom as she wasnt keeping well and when he got to know she doesnt like the fancy food he went extra mile and got some good indian chat for her Love you all guys that kind of service a Guest always look for. Visited Many luxury properties but this one stands apart from all. ❤️ Will surely come soon.🥂

Nestled in the posh area of lutyens delhi, the taj mahal Taj Mahal, New Delhi or taj mansingh as we know it is a sight to behold. Right from the check in and the room allocation everything was great. We had booked the executive club room, which gave us access to the famous taj club lounge. The only issue we faced was during the cocktail hours, as we had a child aged 3 years the staff did not allow us inside. I feel the Taj Mahal, New Delhi needs to put it as a disclaimer on their website and even with their partner travel agents, as guests book the club room to avail these benefits and are paying extra for the same. However, understanding the situation mr. Shiv-en made up for it by serving us snacks and cocktails in our room. I would like to thank mr. Vineet sharma who was our server during the high tea, he made us feel at home and accommodated all our requests. It is people like him who define the taj hospitality. For dinner we went to varq, which again was beyond our expectations. We were served by ms. Poor-ti who made sure we have a splendid experience. Lastly, i would like to mention mr. Piyush who helped us with the issues in the room and made our check out super smooth.

The staff's comportment ranged from exceptionally warm to occasionally brusque, marring an otherwise splendid stay. Despite these, taj mahal Taj Mahal, New Delhi, with its unique blend of heritage and luxury, earns my recommendation. Rating: 4/5 stars

I am extremely happy with my stay at taj mahal, new delhi. I would like to thank the entire staff for the warmth that they provided. My special thanks to priyanka, shreya, sandeep, sahil, mans i and shahji for arranging extra arrangements in my room as per my special request. I was very happy with the way the guest relationship team works there. They made very special arrangements in my room and made the stay memorable for me. The entire Taj Mahal, New Delhi staff is very polite and extends full support and service. Taj is known for its hospitality and even this time they proved that this was a worthwhile experience for me.

The food was absolutely amazing except the breakfast which was kinda meh! the Taj Mahal, New Delhi itself is opulent and very beautiful! the pool was nice with cabanas. The view from the room was very good. The base category room doesn't have a bathtub, which was surprising. It also lacked a personal touch as we were here for my birthday staycation. My husband had booked the restaurants and yet they were missing! overall, nice experience for a staycation but try to get a confirmation for restaurant bookings and the base category has no tub(in case you are expecting that)

What to write about this unbelievable taj property! absoloute class apart. One needs to experience this in person to know what luxury and hospitality means! we had an out of the world stay the club suite with all top class amenities, top class service and a lavish buffet spread. Would like to go again and again and experience indian culture and heritage right at this taj property!
