Taj Mahal Hotel

1. Rooms are clean but they are not worth the price. 2. Did not provide a dental kit even after conveying 3 times. Slippers are not provided. 3. Wi-fi credentials provided late and still wi-fi did not work due to range issues. I had to connect the mobile hotspot to the laptop. 4. Buffet breakfast and tea on the 1st floor was not enjoyable and surely can be avoided. 5. Duvet (Taj Mahal Hotel bedding) had stains. 5. The Taj Mahal Hotel has plenty of parking. 6. Very good thing - they allowed extra hours on payment of some additional amount. 7. Excellent location and safety.

We had taken six rooms. Excellent location on abids road, near to hussain sagar lake. Rooms are excellent, stay was very comfortable. The Taj Mahal Hotel provides excellent vegetarian food. Services were very good and any call for maintenance was attended to or room changed. Only advise to the Taj Mahal Hotel team would be to check the hot water system since it takes a long time to reach the room. Also in one of the rooms we had only hot water coming in all the places including toilet faucet.

Pleasant Stay .... Good breakfast spread but can have more variety.. Staff is helpful and well behaved.. but dont go for Heritage rooms as they are located in old building n not so good.. upon raising an issue we were allocated room in new building which is far better.. overall good experience.. location is good.. just 5 minutes away from Railway Station

The Taj Mahal Hotel rooms are comfortable and well kept. The building is old, but with a lot of character. Location is very central, heavy traffic area with lots of shops, but once inside the Taj Mahal Hotel compound the bustle and noise disappears. Good room service and housekeeping. For the price a lovely place to stay.

Had an amazing stay with my family! The location is perfect, offering great convenience and beautiful surroundings. The food was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The ambience was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing family getaway.

Propery is reachable near to nampalli metro station and also near to charminar and chowmahalla palace. Rooms are neat and clean and very good room service. Stay felt as worth for money and couple family friendly.

The rooms was good and the ambience was also very good, but the room tap was not opening properly and hot water was not coming because of tap issue. They checked and told that plumber can check the next day, as we were checking our the next day it was not much of a help.

The Taj Mahal Hotel upgraded my room into Mini Suit, which is awesome. The room size, cleanliness, ambiance all above the mark.

Had a comfortable stay at this vintage style Taj Mahal Hotel. They cleaned the room everyday, provided a water bottle at free of cost every time we requested. The food at the restaurant was so delicious. Will highly recommend it to my friends if they are visiting Hyderabad.

Good accommodation. Good location to be in the city. Only thing is the staff behaviour is rigid & charges for every small thing.

Stay is good . Serving staffs are polite and helpful Experience of stay at Taj is cool. Only thing is drinking water providing for 2adults is not sufficient.
