Our stay at taj, lucknow was absolutely wonderful. The rooms were luxurious and comfortable. They had all of the basic amenities such as electronic safes, slippers, dental and hygiene kits, and even weighing machines, along with complimentary fruits. The staff was extremely hospitable and left no stone unturned in taking care our needs. Mr. Mukesh, mr. Akhtar, ms. Shradda, mr. Sharad along with all the others were extremely humble and cooperative. The pianist, the flautist and the singers at the live performance in oudhyana enriched the atmosphere with their beautiful melodies. The overall ambience of the Taj Mahal, Lucknow gave a royal look. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a quiet and leisure stay.

Let's start with a welcome - awesome. ( nice and friendly) girls at reception especially shradha, monika, arshi, muskan. At restaurant - awesome food with lot of varieties at management - brother like guy mr shantanu chandra, thanks a lot sir rooms - small but clean room security - ram milan, very nice, humble, polite guy, with always a smile. All the things are justifying taj status except ms pooja ( at reception, dnt know why she is showing so much of attitude, not a smile on her face, arguing unnecessarily, pathetic girl. Want to leave that Taj Mahal, Lucknow at the very moment. Pols take care of the reputation of the Taj Mahal, Lucknow . We will definitely visit again.

From the moment i stepped through the grand entrance of taj mahal, i was greeted with an unparalleled level of hospitality and warmth. The staff was incredibly attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. Their genuine care and attention to detail set the tone for an exceptional stay. My room was a haven of tranquility, tastefully designed with modern amenities and a touch of elegance. The plush bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the spacious bathroom was a sanctuary of relaxation. Every detail, from the soft linens to the luxurious toiletries, was meticulously chosen to enhance the guest experience.

We had a very plea-sent stay at taj. Very welcoming staff right from the entry point, reservation desk and upto all the staff for all dining areas in the property. Live ghazal singers made the dining place "oudhania" very special to have mesmerising dinner experience. Mr akhtar hosted/attended us at oudhania and made good recommendations for awadhi specialities for our dinner. Best part- we were given a upgrade by taj for premium suite over over booking of deluxe room. Property has huge garden areas and a big pool. Overall, it is a great place to stay in lucknow.

Overall it’s a big property with a lot of greenery, fountains etc. Swimming pool was good, my little one had a great time in pool. Room was little small as per our expectations. There was no difference in the room if we compare it with any other 4 star property. Staff was very courteous at the reception. Check in and check out was very smooth. The manager at the restaurant was very energetic but the staff at sahib cafe were little lazy. We had to remind them twice and thrice if we needed anything. May be it was because of rush. Overall a pleasant stay.

Except for a bit of a confusion during check in, we had a very pleasant one night stay at the taj. The food, the ambience, and our room were really good and didn't disappoint. One suggestion- we saw a lot of people getting in the swimming pool in your regular clothes. In fact, we were the only ones in the pool who were in swimsuits, so we found that very surprising and hope the management looks into it. Breakfast was great and check out was smooth as well.

It was a great experience. A 5 star in truest sense. Wonder staff. I had the best time. Only thing that left me a little upset was no one offered me a cake on mother’s day. While it was served to almost every table. Nevertheless next day was my son’s birthday and they made a wonderful cake on request. Kudos to the training team and all staff

Good hospitality, very clean room and others, swimming pool not good, and order take and serve is too late, greenery is awesome, staff behaviour is good, spa is not full functional, jacuzzi is not available in Taj Mahal, Lucknow .

This property of taj justifies its name and the grandeur one can expect, situated amid-st posh society, it is close to a few tourist places of the city. Room size is decent but no bath tub even in higher categories. Breakfast buffet is extensive as well as tasty. Overall a great nawab experience.

The rooms feel a bit outdated. Also the buffet seems limited. Otherwise the Taj Mahal, Lucknow is clean and beautiful. The service is prompt. I asked for bubble wrap and they did not have it! also when asked about connecting w. A courier service - the charges were 1. 5x the normal rate.
