Impeccable hospitality . They were kind enough to check me in at 10 AM due to my early flight and incredible enough to let me check out at 6 PM for a very nominal fee. The breakfast was amazing , the pool and the atmosphere around the pool was perfect. Everything was perfect without me having to say a word. The room service was on time & the concierge even checked the room for me to see if I missed anything . They even asked me for my uber car number everytime i took an uber to make sure I wasn’t bothered before the cab was inside the Taj M G Road, Bengaluru and waiting for me . Truly special hospitality standards that will be hard to beat for literally any Taj M G Road, Bengaluru chain across the world . Thank you

Just what i expected. Top notch service from all the team members. Food is great, right in the heart of bangalore, and easily accessible. Few challenges faced : room opened and being cleaned even without asked when we had stepped out for a few hours. Only 1 set of toiletries were available when the room itself booked for 2. Overall had a great time in the Taj M G Road, Bengaluru

The location of the property was convenient and is centrally located. The check in and check out process was smooth. Variety in breakfast was enough to meet the requirements. The restaurant team was very helpful and courteous to the needs of the customer.

It was a great experience and everything was pleasant and clean. I had a great time and the complimentary breakfast had lots of options, staff were very friendly, the only thing which was lacking is that there was no smart tv - no netflix.

Taj is synonymous with warm hospitality. Right from the front desk experience to stay and all other touch points are filled with warm interactions. The quality of the experience is superior to any other comparable properties.

Everything is good. But on 31 st night and 1 st morning the staff didn't respond properly may be due to over crowd. At breakfast waiting, cleaning of tables were not upto the standards of taj.
