Taj Palace, New Delhi

Stay at taj club room set a lot of expectations. It begins with traditional welcome. Check in took some time as there was wedding guest, but the guy manage room in half an hr while i enjoyed lounge. Service at lounge was great specially with twin brother who were very warm, welcoming and ready to serve. Rooms was not what i expected. Starting from cleanliness of lobby( smelling mould, damp)room was not cleaned next day till i get back up after my breakfast at 9 and finish meeting at 1 pm downstairs. Escalated to guest relation and manager. Both tried to bribe by offering dining etc. Sad saga of hospitality. Then came laundry. Guy took it said it's inclusive and it came back with bill. Raised to guest relation she send me the same guy with supervisor and after cross checking he said he will remove those charges as its an error on their part. Amongst this all. Restaurant serving person was nice. Afternoon coffee i asked with macroon. Diksha arranged it the way i wanted. A big thank you to team of chef too. Lounge breakfast was delight. Thank you joshi( chef) and twin brother. Over all with little disappointments then my earlier stay. It was okay. Not the taj experience though. Thank you for listening patiently when had hk issues. Appreciate if you guts can ironed out these small errors so no other guest goes through same experience. Cheers

I went to this property for my 2nd wedding anniversary which is situated in the heart of delhi. The stay was of 2 days and 3 nights. I travel-led with my husband and 3 month old baby. The stay was comfortable and the hospitality was amazing. The food can be improved. The staff also arranged a surprise anniversary gift and celebration for us which made our day. The room was clean and all items had hygine maintained. I booked luxury room king bed but was upgraded to taj club room which was like cherry on the top. They also gave complimentary wine and fruits as we entered the room. The checkin process was smooth and was offered welcome drink as well. The baby was on feed but they offered cot and baby products which was really nice of them. The pool and other activities area was also great. You can have some good pictures in the garden area. As it was raining that day so the view was amazing from my room. Overall i can suggest this property for a staycation if you are also a new parent and cant travel to a different location. I would prefer to visit again anyday and would also suggest others.

The check-in process was smooth, with the staff being both helpful and welcoming. My room was impeccably designed, equipped with all the modern amenities one could wish for, including a spacious bathtub. They even went the extra mile by preparing a delightful rosé bubble bath for me. Staying in a Club room, I had access to high tea and drinks, which were a cut above the rest, served in an elegant ambiance. However, I felt the buffet breakfast could have offered a few more options. The swimming pool and gym were also impressive, providing a great way to unwind. Overall, my stay at Taj Palace was wonderful, and I will definitely be returning.

According to the terms of the booking, i am entitled to a 100% refund if the cancellation is made on time. Here are the details of my booking which is showing a wrong cancellation time: i canceled the booking at 1:37 pm, which is well within the allowed timeframe for a full refund. However, i have been informed by your representative that my cancellation was allegedly made after the deadline, which is incorrect. I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at the taj palace new delhi. The entire experience was marked by exceptional service and an atmosphere of luxury. The staff and management were always on their toes, ensuring that every need was met and that we felt incredibly comfortable throughout our visit. A special mention goes to mr. Derick brie n at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he went above and beyond to assist us, handling every query and request with the highest priority. His dedication and attentiveness made our stay even more memorable, and his efforts truly exemplified the outstanding service the taj palace is known for.

Amazing stay. Must visit when in delhi. I was a bit disappointed at the entrance when they didn't help me with my luggage. I had to carry it myself. Ms hansika is fabulous, she guided me very well and also gave me an amazing tour of the property. Rooms - my view was pool view. Rooms were quite big. I loved the bathroom it had all the amenities, and it has a tub as well. Breakfast buffet they have lavish spread with lot of varieties. Food quality is amazing. They have 4 to 5 restaurants which are unique and fabulous i had an amazing stay. Thank you taj

Taj palace new delhi nice location and offers excellent services. The staffs are courteous and helpful specially security vivek &butler mukesh. Rooms are clean and spacious. The food is delicious, and the breakfast buffet has a wide variety of options. The property has a good ambiance and is well-maintained. The swimming pool is clean and scenic, and the property is suitable for business travel and for family. Overall, it is a value for money property with great hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at taj palace Taj Palace, New Delhi, it was an occasion of my husband's birthday and they had kept no stone unturned to make this day as one of the most memorable moment of our lives, room was beautifully decorated when we entered the room with all latest amenities, staff was so polite and helpful ready to help us in every possible way whenever we needed. We really look forward to go there again to have a quality family time.

Property is huge & is centrally located. Lush green view of outside from our room along with pool view. Service was excellent. Breakfast was sumptuous with live counters.

Pool is good, room was okay! the breakfast had a long queue but it was good! check in and checkout was easy and quick!
