Walking distance from metro, food breakfast was good but poor service.
Room service was not good, front desk person was rude, has personal talk with manager before booking room to give twin bed room he agree also but we reach there manager behaved rudely and said will give you king bed room, but on insisting and repeatly saying that we have words with senior manager before booking for twin beds as there was no option for twin room on booking page then he gave us twin bed room but front desk person was rude.

Excellent Interiors. But for the size of the room and floor it will match any five star Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel. Service is excellent. Only issue is the approach to the Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel is through a very narrow road. Walking distance from Karolbagh Metro station. Nice decor. Restaurant is open 24 hours so no issue for food. Quality of food is excellent. Also Car parking will be an issue. No parking place.

Hotel location is not great, it's inside very narrow street with many shops surrounded, however once you get into the Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel, it looks perfect. I requested for extending the room by few hours, the person in charge wanted full day rent, which I was ok, however what was bad is the person in charge took only cash and refused card and didn't provide invoice. Hence I suspect the person in charge.

Satisfying experience .. Breakfast was OK .. Location would be an advantage. Would rate 3 star. Service was satisfactory .. Stayed for a quick visit so nothing much to mention. But the overall experience was satisfactory. It was tough job locating the Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel as it's situated in a small lane but once we got there, rest was all fine. Clean washrooms and rooms, excellent buffet,

The location of the Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel is excellent. It is centrally located and I shall recommend the Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel to my friends. If you are in Delhi and if you you want to stay at market area you must stay at Taj Princess.
The room was clean and well maintained . AC, TV, refrigerator was working well . Food was delicious. Room service was great.

Hotel is located in corded market place in karolbagh. Please make sure your working as many driver may not know, it is located in a small lane and lot of Taj Princess The Boutique Hotels present in the area. Hotel room service all is good. Room interior is nice, lighting is good with lot of options to try. Bathroom is well maintained. Breakfast is good. Nice stay.

Family-friendly Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel within budget. Had a very good experience. Hotel staff were very cooperative and helpful. It is in the heart of the city. The only disadvantage is the parking. Although on request they provide transport on reasonable charges. It is within 500 meters from karol bagh. Overall, i had good experience.

Overall, a good stay at Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel. Looks genuine 3 star Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel in Delhi. Location is OK but little inside the lane. Cleanliness and services are very good. Rooms are of small size OK for 2 but surely not for 3.
Overall good facility. But still needs to improve breakfast items.

Clean room, good WiFi, good service, located at the middle of karol bagh market for good shopping experience, good breakfast available at Taj Princess The Boutique Hotel. The best part was the room service.
The room had no external windows.

Staff at reception desk, the manager, Mr. Swagat was excellent. Attended to every problem we faced and made sure he sorted it out, especially our phone problems, Wi-Fi, etc. Very dependable.
Room cleaned everyday, bed sheets clean, air con good. TV reception poor.

Hospitality and sanitised maintenance and well responded staff

All are very good, location is middle of shopping area, food quality is very good, service good.

Survice are very good and ac and bed is very good

The room was very clean and tidy. Separate Bath and toilet. Decent bed side and the room layout was also classy. Breakfast fairly simple - no big continental spread. Just simple. Within within walking distance to Punjab Sweet Corner.
