We didn’t like the dinner — it was not up to the mark and was overly cooked and was very oily. Moreover, the lady attending us was quite rude when we tried to ask her something also, in the lounge the chips was provided was very stale night dinner was very bad

The stay was amazing. The staff was very cooperative and they celebrated by husbands birthday with a small welcome cafe and beautiful decor in room.

I had the most wonderful stay at Taj Santacruz! The experience was truly royal and peaceful — from the warm hospitality to the luxurious ambiance, everything was just perfect. It was by far the best stay I’ve ever had. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, elegance, and exceptional service.

Taj is special for grand welcoming and hospitality but no proper tika and mala welcome was not happened, no welcome drink, there was no one to drop us to room, even at check out no one came to collect bags, only one positive point was that provide rarly checkin

Lot of issues from late check-in, to room upkeep, breakfast quality, taste and service was not at all up to the mark.

We were stayed at taj Santacruise Mumbai. It was not value for money stay.It’s not able to stand up to the mark of taj standards. They should remove tag of taj as their level is of any general hotel. We are totally dissatisfied. May be this is first and last visit of taj santacruise , also not advise anyone to visit this property.

Taj Santacruz is the best luxury hotel in the area. Right besides the airport terminal 1, metro station and airport food court. Rooms are super spacious and luxurious. Excellent service and very friendly staff

I had a great experience during my stay . The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were always friendly and ready to help, especially at check-in and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet fresh and with lots of variety. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to shops and public transportation. It was a relaxing and pleasant stay, and I would definitely come back next time

The hotel is located just next to the arrival point of T1 Mumbai airport. The buffet breakfast has a good spread with courteous staff. The rooms are spacious with all amenities. The room service is prompt.
