I had a great stay with my family 😌 on 1st January '24' ... awesome location , excellent behaviour of all staffs made our stay even more outstanding ... we have booked deluxe room which was situated on 2nd floor overviewing the swimming pool , & from the spacious balcony we can see the eco park & the lake also ... food that we have ordered was also delicious , specially the the duck samosa was lip-smacking 😋 ... complimentary breakfast was also nice with a lot of varieties & options , we had coffee , sunny side up , masala omelette , masala dosa , fruit cake , chicken sausage & fresh fruits ... front desk operated joyita was very polite & helpful , overall I will give this new property a 10/10 for their service & hospitality & would like to go back to stay soon & recommend to my friends ♥️

I found out about this place from my friend who stayed at this property after which i couldn’t wait to visit it. The property is absolutely beautiful and the best part which i experienced i could stay with my pet. It’s a pet friend property and above all i liked one thing very stunning they also hire people who is physically a bit challenged as in can’t talk so that they can also earn and rise in their life by earing for themselves

Taj is famous for its service quality and this property certainly lives upto the expectations. It is located amid-st the beautiful greenery of eco park overlooking the serene lake. This could be a wonderful getaway from the hustle bustle of the city for a day or two. Very tastefully decorated rooms, crystal clear pool, excellent food and most importantly very warm hospitality, i really can’t fault anything. Would love to come back.

My stay at taj teal kutir was wonderful. The location of the Taj Taal Kutir is awesome and so is the hospitality. If you’re visiting kolkata, must try this recently open property of taj, facing the lake and having beautiful view. The whole area is very neat and clea. Attended our national hr d network’s annual conference held in their convention centre. Excellent facilities, ambience & hospitality.

Great location and superb property. Staff was excellent and attentive during the stay. Will cater to all your needs with a smile. Special shoutout to Neelesh for helping out with some luggage moevement. Overall would recommend 👌

Location is good. Food and services great. Although limited options in dinner menu. Since location is on out skirts some problem of insects the management should take a view on it. Rest very nice. The hospitality is great

Property and food quality was very good. Service is excellent. They gave me the best view room. After all taj is taj the they don't compromise on service and customer satisfaction. 24 hours room service was excellent.

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was top notch- the property, food, spa services. The view is amazing. The entire staff was very courteous and hospitable. Must visit property. Surely coming back very soon !

Property is ideally located close ro the city, taj brand has lived upto the reputation of service and quality. Rooms and food both leave an impression to come back again

Nice property with amazing staff behaviour. Totally enjoyed the stay. I am looking forward to stay there again. Although the breakfast menu was not that great, overall nice experience!

Stay was very good. Ambience was also very nice. but much food options were not available. We order paneer kathi roll and veg hakka noodles noodles was average and the kathi roll was very disappointing.
