While the overall experience at your Taj The Trees Mumbai was delightful, with stunning hospitality, beautiful interiors, and immaculate rooms, there were a few areas that could benefit from improvement to truly elevate the guest experience: food: limited variety: the spread at shamiana, especially for dinner, felt somewhat limited. Expanding the menu with more diverse options would be appreciated. Flavor enhancement: while the food was decent, it lacked a certain vibrancy in terms of flavor. Focusing on enhancing the taste profiles would significantly improve the dining experience. Chicken biryani option: veg biryani is a lovely choice, but adding a chicken biryani option as well would cater to a wider range of guest preferences. Amenities: missing toiletries: having incomplete toiletries in the room amenities is inconvenient for guests. Ensuring all necessary items are consistently stocked would be helpful. Guest orientation: a brief verbal explanation from the hospitality team, in addition to the written letter, would effectively walk guests through the available facilities and services, enhancing their comfort and enjoyment. Pool area: pool bed maintenance: regular cleaning of the poolside beds is crucial. Finding bird droppings on them was unpleasant and unhygienic. Please ensure more frequent housekeeping attention in this area. Washroom essentials: equipping the poolside washroom with basic hygiene products like soap, towels, and a hair dryer would be a welcome addition for guests returning from a swim. By addressing these points, you can further elevate your already amazing Taj The Trees Mumbai experience and truly delight every guest.

"we had an absolutely heartwarming stay at taj, the tree, especially considering my recent major surgery. It was our first venture outside post-surgery, and our expectations were high. But the experience that unfolded was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, ms. Swati, the operations manager, extended the warmest of welcomes. She not only graciously upgraded us to a suite but also took it upon herself to ensure that every corner of the room was meticulously cleaned and sanitized, addressing our concerns about hygiene. Her personal touch made our stay truly relaxing. What touched us deeply was the personal tour of the Taj The Trees Mumbai by the general manager, a gesture that we never expected. It showed the commitment of the entire team to make our stay special. The spa experience, curated by ms. Shilpa and her exceptional team, was a revelation. Despite my surgery, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and relaxation, and i am truly grateful for that. Exploring the beautiful art installations around the property, guided by a passionate staff member (i regret not catching their name, added a memorable artistic dimension to our stay. The pinnacle of our experience was the 'sound of healing' session, a truly trans-formative experience that left us profoundly relaxed and at peace. As our journey came to an end, we were overwhelmed with gratitude for taj, the tree, for not just making our first post-surgery outing special, but for creating memories that will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It means more to us than words can express.

Right from the pleasant aroma at the reception, to the welcoming attitude of the staff, my initial impressions of taj trees was very good. The two days i spent here further reinforced my opinion that the staff is of excellent quality including ms rani at the reception. The rooms and arrangements were top class. Food, including the breakfast buffet was so good that we complimented the chef. Above all was the fact that everyone was very accommodating to the different times of arrival and departure of our group members. I hope to revisit some day soon. Best of luck to them

I had the pleasure of staying at taj tree to celebrate my wife's birthday, and i must say, the taj hospitality is truly unmatched. I had requested a simple cake and basic room decoration to mark the occasion. To our delight, not only did they arrange a delicious cake, but they also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The attention to detail and the warmth of the staff made our stay unforgettable. If you're looking for an exceptional experience, look no further than taj. They truly know how to make special moments even more memorable.

Really appreciate the hospitality by staff at taj, the trees of mumbai. They do not left any space to make visitors happy. Efforts of each one staff is more than 100. I would recommend if some visit mumbai, pols stay in taj, the trees, you will remember the stay. Rooms are perfectly designed and spacious. In the morning, you can see the sun rising from the room window and aircraft flying. Great experience, variety of food options in lunch/dinner. Breakfast is marvelous.

Taj trees is right on vikhroli east highway with amazing views. It's a brand new property and everything is absokute premium. Worth tye 5 star money. With of-course a great traditional welcome upon checkin, courteous staff made it super helpful and warm. A special mention for barbie bra for checking on how was the stay and overall experience, trying to make things more homely for come back. I am a frequent traveler and this is going to be my all time choice.

Nestled in the vikroli mangroves within the godrej trees premises, the property has the rare balance of wilderness and amenities. The staff are extremely professional and courteous. They live up to the brand value. While hospitality is unmatched, they are not at all intrusive, providing the right kind of comfort and privacy one deserves in a stay. Food has a neutral pallet, but it's comforting. Amenities and services are top-notch.

Taj never let's you down. They upgraded our room to a suite. Gave us a scenic view room. As i had requested for some decoration and cake, everything was perfect when we walked in. The in room dining was on time and the food was delicious. The best part about taj, it never fails to surprise you. And the staff was extremely polite and energetic. Always willing to help. Thank you taj for making my special moment even better.

This is a new property, may be for that the staff is not listening but taj is famous for its hospitality. I hope very soon all will be placed. The location and the mangrove forest views was excellent overall our stay was good

Taj the trees, value for money. The property is newel y built and packed with ultra luxurious facilities. The pool view is very nice. Resting place on the side of pool is very unique. Food is 9/10, rooms are very comfortable 9/10, staffs are very friendly. Mr. Navneet from restaurant guided us very well and provide good service.

It is always awesome to be at taj propertty, & taj the trees are exceeding the expectation. The view of mangrove is so refreshing & seeing the aeroplane decent is added energy.
