We Stayed For 4 Nights And My Experience Was Pretty Decent In Terms Of Amenities And Service With Minor Flaws Due To Ongoing Renovation Of Property..Rooms Were Spacious And Hygiene Was Well Maintained, Breakfast Buffet Was Beyond Awesome, The Spread Was Lavish With Par Excellent But Same Menu Existed For 4 Long Days 😰..They Gave A Thin Quilt Like Bed As Extra Bed Which Was Quite Uncomfortable And Gave Huge Body Pains..Barring Few Flaws, Taj Tristar Is Highly Recommendable.. A Word Of Caution: Their Official Website Has Been Hacked By Cyber Fraudsters And The Hotel Didnt Do Anything In Keeping A Note Or Blocking Their Site Which Was Highly Disgusting And Nothing But Sheer Negligence. Dont Make Any Payments To Whats App Number Given On Their Official Website.

Even before i asked for it, i was notified that the Taj Tristar rooms' air conditioners were not working and that if necessary, they would arrange for a complete refund for my booking. I had to stay at the Taj Tristar due to unforeseen circumstances. The front desk staff assured me of a wonderful stay and arranged for a room with improved air conditioning. The Taj Tristar personnel was quite helpful, and the food is excellent. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping staff responded promptly when needed. My entire three-day stay was amazing, and i recommend it for families because it is the most safe and provides easy access to the entire city.

Decent stay for families. Staff is deligent. Building is not maintained well. Water leaking in bathroom and near lift was evident on second floor. Could use newer flasks for room service as tea and coffee taste appaling. Bed linen are worn out. Quality can be improved with more monitoring. They can do better with minor changes. Room service staff(esp men) clothes stink and stay in the room as they are ac rooms. Their hygiene is also important

The Taj Tristar was under renovation so there was quite a bit of noise and dust. Which would be better i feel after its renovated rooms were decent size with all standard features but needed overhaul the saving grace was it's food specially for vegetarians was very good their buffet breakfast had very good options and even buffet dinner was good. After renovation feel Taj Tristar should be a decent stay at reasonable price

I have stayed with family from 16/10/2023 to 18/10/2023 in an executive room. The stay was pleasant. All the department staff were very cordial and were ready to help at any time. They have extended our checkout time with a reasonable extra charge. The house keeping department cleaned the room daily and had replenished the water bottles without mentioning. Overall experience-great for a family.

Stay was good. Rooms were decent but without any toiletries. Breakfast was good spread but as a jain they didnt accept any request made be me to offer a dish which could have been easily prepared jain from the buffet. Late check out was requested but was told rooms were pure booked and couldnt extend more than an hr ( from 9am to 10am). Overall decent experince.

" the room is spacious with adequate furniture. And every thing neat. Besides that, service is very good. Staff courteous, soft spoken and well attending. The stay was great! checkin and checkout was quick and easy. All the staff were courteous and helpful especially the drivers who were doing the valet parking of my car.

It was a hectic one day visit during hot summer on-3rd may. Hotel checkin process was a bit delay but staff are friendly. Room maintenance is good. Food is good and room supply is prompt. House keeping staff need to improve
