Taj Usha Kiran Palace, Gwalior

other than the checkout and restaurant experience, everything else wasn’t working. The bartender was novice, no one to check-in us, lights, wash basin, hair dryer etc. not working in the room, drivers roaming around all over the property sneaking in our tent rooms and so on

Tent room is so good,never seen before and food is awesome 💯.and rest properly is so big, that also so good.

Nice hotel with go ambience and service. very cordial and helpful staff. Nice amenities. special thanks to restaurant staff and Mr. Gaurav Masurkar housekeeping. Enjoyed our stay no regrets.

Location is good. Food quality is ok. But our rooms were not ready till 2.45 PM Issues with main door lock and washroom was not properly cleaned. The toilets in the lobby area was dirty and smelling.Complaint to the front desk was made.

It's a beautiful property with expansive gardens with innumerable plants and flowers.The Ganesh temple within the propertyis serene and calm.Interiors are done up aesthetically and service is excellent.I would specially like to mention Mr Vivek who looked after us in the dining room and his team who were really helpful, polite and went out of their way to make sure that our mealtimes were pleasurablé. Thankyou Mr Sumit - the Chef who served us the finger licking mutton Burbur .l

The attention to detail, cleanliness, and care made me feel very well looked after. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I would love to return again. Beautiful property with comfortable rooms and excellent food. The staff was really nice and the front office manager, Pooja and the reception staff, Karan were very hospitable. Recommendations by Anjali and Sneha during our dinner and breakfast were excellent. We had the mutton barbat, which wasn’t on the menu but a great recommendation. It’s a large property with lawns and swimming pool and a nice outdoor eating area. Worth staying in Gwalior.

Warm staff, very good food and very good property. It is a heritage property, giving the glimpse of bygone era.

VISITED THE BAR TWICE BUT NOBODY WAS THERE. THEN HAD TO COME TO ROOM AND CALL FRONT DESK TO PLACE ORDER.

Hotel ambience was very good, cleanliness was very well maintained, breakfast spread was very small, in short breakfast was not like taj mark

Its a good palace property but lacks the hospitality of Taj. A lot of improvements are needed like- Signage, food taste, no activities inside the property. Room was very big though and they offered us a complimentary upgrade. Staff was very helpful and nice. Good for a weekend getaway with friends or family.
