Taj West End, Bengaluru

Overall the property was good & the room we got was also very good. They went over and above to decorate the room for our anniversary, which was very sweet gesture of them. Now coming to the food & service - this is one area where there is a lot of concern. Breakfast options were very minimal and the staff did not pay any attention to the guests, no one came to allot us a table even after seeing we were struggling to find one, the cutleries were not there on the table and we had to ask about it, no one came to take the plates back and we had to keep searching for anyone to help. Even the bowls were missing and after telling the service staff to provide they did not come back and ignored plainly. Even the food which we ordered for in room dining was average, the jeera rice was stale and had chunks of over cooked rice which seemed as of yesterday and was given after re-heating. That’s not the quality which is expected out of taj. Just because of this for sure not coming back!

Everything is perfect except for the car parking. The valet parks private cars in open parking usually under a tree or so and when the driver takes the car to park it brings back the car from parking, they usually open the windows. This time around we had at least 2 ants in our car and we have a 2 month old baby so it was a real scare for us to see ants on our car dash/seat. Additionally, if you park it for long even with all windows closed and car locked, from the outside the car becomes a mess and windshield, etc have a ton of dust, tree leaves, and other elements that you need a proper blower, etc to clean all of that away. But anyone who’s not driving their own car and expecting to park it at the Taj West End, Bengaluru, it’s all good.

The Taj West End, Bengaluru is located in a peaceful and picturesque setting, with beautifully landscaped gardens and a tranquil atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and went out of their way to make our stay special. The food was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Honestly, we have no words to express how comfortable the stay was. The service quality was simply awesome and flawless. Be it the staff, food, room, etc. Everything was just perfect. We really enjoyed the stay. Taj west-end is a perfect option for people who want to spend some quality time. We had taken breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet options and the food was just amazing. However, as a suggestion, request if the Taj West End, Bengaluru can have more checkin desk as the guest had to wait kit because of que for check in and check out. This is just a suggestion and not a concern. We simply loved the stay.

Had an amazing and wonderful christmas at taj. It is an awesome property located at the heart of the city with so much greenery and nature friendly set up. Courteous and polite staff right from the receptionist to even the bell boy. The restaurant experience was also just great. Had a wide variety of food. You name it and it is there. Special mention of the restaurant staffs sweta, biplab and giri. Got an upgrade to the best suite too. The christmas decor at the property was just beautiful. We are more than glad to have chosen taj to enjoy our christmas. Thank you for such a fantabulous experience.

Most 5 star Taj West End, Bengalurus will give you a good room and breakfast, a pool and the usual choice of restaurants and spa etc. But taj west end gave us unforgettable experience and unparalleled memories. From giving us a suite upgrade to offering us room decor, cake and flower arrangements for our anniversary to frequently checking on us about our stay, they showed they are compassionate and caring and professional to the core. Will definitely be going back there. Dhruv, tania, the duty manager, he concierge, karan who gave us the heritage walk tour, they are all awesome. Two thumbs up!

We had stayed at the Taj Westend for an event ,and had a wonderful and relaxing stay . The rooms were very spacious , beds were very comfortable and the decor was lovely . The hospitality from the front desk staff and F&B service staff was very welcoming and warm, will definitely be staying at the Taj again. I would particularly like to thank Shivkumar at the bell desk for his warm hospitality and going above and beyond his duties by showing my son ( 6 yrs old ) the geese and turkey and taking him in the golf cart and also taking care of him while he got wet in the rain . Thank you so much 😊

Great service as expected of any taj property. Good campus right in centre of the city with good rooms. Lunch in machan and vietnamese dinner in blue ginger was great but breakfast buffet felt short on quality. Varieties provided was great but most of them like south indian food seemed to be cold (this was at 9 am not after 10. Dos a etc can be devoured only when hot ! but otehrwise good stay

We had a pleasant stay. The staff were very hospitable and they even upgraded our room. We had opted for breakfast buffet, but found it to be lacking a bit in taste. The property is recommended if you are looking for a relaxed stay right in the heart of bengaluru city with its lush green landscape giving tropical vibes

About the stay: the room gave us a vintage vibe surrounded by lush green. Bathtub could have been a little bigger but nothing to complain about. About the food: we tried the buffet dinner and breakfast and it was good with good enough variety. Both self serve and table service were available. There are few other restaurants/bars inside the place that we didn’t tried out but the ambience was looking pretty good.

Was a special occasion and enjoyed

Taj Hospitality never fails to amaze me. Rooms are spacious and with it’s old charm. This is huge huge property surrounded by prominent place if bengaluru and hence the security is top notch. There are like 6 restaurants (may be more) and serves best food. Our packages included breakfast at Machan which had wide spread of all cuisines. we had dinner at pool side restaurant (I forgot to ask the name) which was amazing. Overall experience if being here is amazing ❤️
