Noisy Events in hotel courtyard spoil your sleep

The two nights out of the three I stayed at the hotel, it was booked for some wedding, and there was a whole big Barath and wedding reception happening in the courtyard. The guests attending the wedding acted as if they owned the hotel and were least bothered whether they impact the guests at the hotel. Most guests were not staying at the Hotel. And the hotel allowed them to have Very loud music on speakers, DJ music and drums and Dhol throughout the day and evening in the Courtyard. The event went all the way to 11 PM spoiling the sleep of pretty much every guest in the hotel. I came for a peaceful time to stay at the hotel and my experience was totally the opposite. The Hotel staff and the manager knew that these Wedding events are going to unfold and it’s going to be noisy and annoying for other guests who are paying high price for the Rooms, but they did not inform me when I was checking in. Of known at checkin time of this circus happening at the Hotel, I would have moved my stay to Taj West End. When I bought this complaint to the manager, all he said was “sorry, sir, these events are noisy.” No apologies, no courtesy to compensate for the terrible experience I had. It was as if it my mistake to not understand the culture of grand music at drumbeats at the Wedding and as if I was expected to accommodate it. The hotel gave priority to gaining the business of Wedding and renting their Courtyard for the event, and least bothered about the convenience of the Hotel guests in the rooms. Even the girl who picks up the phone when you call the front desk, did not want to connect me to the reception or front office when I started complaining about the noise. All she said was she will have them call back, which they never did. Overall a very pathetic experience staying at a five star hotel, where they had all the power to provide you the Best experience, but they chose earn more business from a Wedding event instead of customer care. 1

I have been staying here quite regularly. Though it location is adjacent to road and have lot of traffic noise etc but it’s location suits my requirement considering my plant location. This time I experience a pretty ordinary approach during check in process. It was not at all welcoming. My luggage reached my room after lot of time and the boy informed that he was busy handling other guests .Rest restaurant service and hospitality was excellent as always.

The places is just awesome to stay..rooms are cozy and royal..food is good but can be improved mainly in the number of menu offered..staff is good the welcome and hospitality is top notch..overall best place to stay..access to the hotel is also easy to locate..breakfast has good spread..definitely can stay for vacation..staycation or business meets.

I had booked one night stay at Taj yeshwantpur as a birthday gift for my dear wife and was really happy with the hospitality and the gesture given by the staff... The food we had was based on punjabi theme and the was quite authentic served hot. The cleanliness was also very well maintained.

Excellent service and a beautiful room made my stay very pleasant.The food was outstanding.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to the area.

The hotel was in excellent locatioj, good food and can be improved. Humble staff and nice rooms with lot of free space. Clean washrooms and room. Based on the previous stays, this was excellent and was one of the memorable one compared to other stays at similar locations

The housekeeping team ensures everything is spotless and well-arranged. The breakfast buffet especially stood out with its freshness and variety. The property also offers excellent facilities—well-maintained pool, fitness center, and relaxing spa services. The property was clean and the breakfast was excellent. However, the room needs updating.The bathroom could’ve included some hand lotion. The tea variety and the sugar sachets provided in the room were limited.

Location used to be great but now with traffic, can't comment. Food was excellent. Both dinner and breakfast. Excellent amenities too. Sadly service TAT was a disappointment. A surprise actually.
