Hotel is fantastic ,guys are very helpful , spa is not there, food is little be ok, But got room with to much smell.

Location of the property being on highway and size of the property is good. The rooms were a little smelly though.

Room is good surrounding is also good. Restaurant is nice and food it's quantity and quality is good. In house facilities is not so good

No value for money, its not a resort, ita marriage venue, having some rooms. Beds and washrooms are not good. No maintaince in property. Its a suggeston to make my trip to check the properfy first before listing, it not upto the mark. This will affect on image of make my trip.

The property images on MMT are old and are not like what it really is. The only good thing was the location as it is right on the highway. Rooms were stinky. We stayed there because the booking was non-refundable. Our booking stated that complimentary breakfast is included but the manager there said breakfast is included only for 2 that too for 100/- each. The property don't have inhouse kitchen or buffet system instead they encourage to order food from The Mithara restaurant which is located in their premises. After struggling to let the manager understand the meaning of complimentary breakfast we finally get to eat well. We finally checked out but the manager wasn't available that time but to our surprise we got a call from the manager stating that we have eaten breakfast for 900/- and manager had to pay it. He wanted us to pay that. We have recorded the last conversation with the manager for proof.

The food is good, the staff is very friendly, rooms are okish but need renovation. We had 2 rooms, one room was ok, the other room had issues but the staff was friendly, they immediately gave us another room. Food at the restaurant was very good.

Spacious room.... big lawn and walking area and very supportive staff .... most important is it’s a pure veg kitchen

Overall experience is impressive. It is clean, well maintained and the veg restaurant provides excellent food. Only negative thing is that it doesn't provide drinking water apart from 1l complementary during checkin

Comfortable stay but needs more support from reception. Ambience at the resort is nice. Restaurant food is yummy

poor services, poor behavior from staff, poor conditions of room. it is like staying in a hostel, not a hotel.

Worst service n room. Photo shown of room was not the same.Misleading pictures.Bedsheet n blanket was very dirty.Washroom basin was leaking.No room service n intercom.Staff's were ill mannered n also misbehaved,didnot served the complimentary breakfast for which they charged us.When we wanted to speak to the owner he did not turned up neither recieved the call.Please donot prefer this resort if travelling with family.When we went for the breakfast in their restaurant Mithara the courtyard staff said that u can eat anything within the range of Rs.100 for four people.Worst experience i had in my life time.

Horrible room, flush button not there. Water leaking everywhere. Weird smell. No cleanness, no ventilation. Worst than any servant quarters. Staff is also very rude

Good hotel with clean rooms and located on the highway. Easy access to various places in the city as well as to outstations tourist attractions. Good choice for 2 night stays. The manager shri manish mishra is very helpful and caring. The restaurant is probably best in the city of jagdalpur

Average service tv not working in the room room was good and hygiene very good garden and lighting

The rooms they provided were not matched with pictures, and there were restrictions of food that were not mentioned during booking. Also we face electricity problem at least 2 hours. One more major issue was security specialy for ladies. We faced one incident where some drunken people were knocking on the hotel room door at night. We were not able to sleep properly.

There was no staff to on reception or to attend the guest. Only one person who claimed himself as a driver was there and he was very reluctant in providing any help. Somehow we got the rooms keys, but room was very dirty, toilet was not cleaned, cups and glasses were used and dirty, bed sheet and blankets were not changed and very dirty. No phone in rooms. Moreover there was no one to listen and solve that. We called the owner/manager, he was listened all the issues but no action was taken. It was terrible stay and worst experience. Highly not recommended for family stay.

Really nice service and good room, enjoyed the stay. Nice garden front rooms with easy access on the highway. Ample parking space.

It was a nice experience. Food was good. Supporting staff had nice behaviour. We reached late to resort they accommodated us.
