Tamasha |Lakeview Rooms & Rooftop Restaurant|

The hostel stay and the atmosphere was so good and the hospitality towards the customers was also good although i was out on night and came late to the room (12AM) the door was closed and no one was answering the door and they were not picking the calls also at last we booked another local hotel for staying the night.

The bed area was too too small for 6 people. Six people can’t even stand on that room. The room had no central fan. It had small table fans for each bed and those fans were not helping at all. There were no charging ports as all ports were occupied by these six fans. The room was soo small that you can’t even open your trolley bag properly there. The hostel owner won’t even left you ask for multiple water bottles from the room, you will need to go to the kitchen area and drink there.

My stay at Tamasha was fantastic. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the front desk. The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center. The only minor issue was the water bottle I ordered was of 30 rupees instead of 20. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The owner , she was too good ,the place has a different vibe its soo energetic there,also the view if u want a great hostel with an amazing view this is it , just go for it

This place truly felt like home. The rooftop view of Pichola Lake is honestly one of the best in Udaipur — peaceful, beautiful, and perfect for sunsets. A special shoutout to Elivia didi, who made us Maggi with so much love — it tasted like comfort food after a long day. The vibe, the people, and the little moments here made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommend this hostel if you're looking for a cozy and scenic stay in Udaipur!

It was my first solo trip and the host and volunteers at this place are just amazing. Without a second thought book it. Also the location has the best view of lake pichola. Pragya, akshit mysba. Are great company.

It was a great experience overall. The view from tamasha is amazing and the hosts, pooja and pragya, are great and very helpful.

Tamasha canceled our booking and didn't inform us until we reached the hostel. They said they have arranged our stay at a different hostel, and while that was ok, it wasn't what we had signed up for. If tamasha would have informed us a couple of days earlier about the cancelation we could have booked a different place that would have been upto our needs. In addition to this we felt like they canceled because they sold that room at a higher price to someone else.

2 months ago I have visited udaipur with my family and stays here. Very nice and comfortable stay in udaipur. Room are cozy and neat and clean.
