I stayed at this accommodation for one night and really enjoyed my stay. The ambience was calm and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The host made sure everything was well taken care of. I’d definitely recommend this place for a short and relaxing stay.

Nice property and location. Room facilities and services are good. Few negatives are: bedsheet not properly cleaned, 24x7 power not available. There was strong wind and rain in the evening and power supply failure happened. They provided generator power until midnight, after that they cut the power supply to the rooms.

Cleaning not proper. Bathroom exhaust fan out of order. Not replaced for 2 days instead taken out after complain to manager other room allotted. Stanching smell in bathroom water. No dinner plate after demanding instead of dinner plate steel parat given. No tea, and refreshments provided even after demand on payment. This home stay is approx. 25 kms away from city preview resulting extra pay end on account of vehicle approx. Rs. 2000-. Hence not advisable to stay in this stay home.

Good ambience for family stay and rooms are neat and clean. parking is only issue, we parked car outside of the gate and we feel security issue on the parking.

The rooms were well maintained, the bathroom is excellent and the staff is very helpful and polite. The only difficulty we faced was there was no bed light and there are some ants inside the room. This could probably be managed in future.

Please don't recommend to women traveller's, it's soo very remote, no proper amenities, no car parking and no inhabitants except us, scary experience, we couldn't stay further when we came to know, no any guests except me and my son

This is the extension of our another property "avea" (Annanagar, Madurai city. This property is started to provide a relaxing and calm ambience to our guests away from buzzing streets in the city. Infact, the diversified greenery in this property is due to closed connection of her(owner) to the agricultural university which is just opposite to the property. And also, this property is empowered by women and we do have cameras installed in the required areas with monitoring support. Sorry that you felt differently during your stay. The property is well maintained and is very clean. Staff at the property are very humble too. Except for the breakfast we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Not saying the breakfast was bad, may be it just wasn't as per our liking. Didn't have any issues after having it though.

It was a pleasant experience staying in avea. Property was new rooms were well maintained with utmost cleanliness. Well recommended for tourists having their own transportation. Tamara by ave a is a nice place to look for your stay in melur, 13. 5 kms away from madurai. I am writing this review, sitting in the balcony of the same. It's near the highway but away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Regarding the room and washroom. It's neat and clean. Very courteous staff also. You will enjoy the stay.
