We found this new property near ashwem beach Tan and sand resort while searching for new resort ... it was amazing stay all over specially the view location...room with jacccuzzi bath superb interior very neat and clean 🛁romantic specially for couple... away from City ...so high restaurant food service and quality excellent...staff was very friendly and helpful Thanks Monica and specially Pushpa for coordinating with us when we had issues with room air conditioning she was immediately shift us to the best room and made sure that no complaint against services and all the services up to the mark no complaint ,all over its wonderful and happening stay at tan and sand resort..nice property must visit once, surely recommended family or couple or group.

I would definitely like to take some time to rate this property. I would say location wise it's one of the best properties if you are looking for beach accessible property. I have done lot of research before booking this property, lot more properties looks very nice when you see over picture. But actually after visiting there i saw all other properties and realised booking my stay at tan n sand was the best decision. The food is very good, it's just a little expensive, but it's worth it. You may get a lot of other options near the property to eat at the lowest price. Ambience wise it is peaceful and best when you go with your family. Great hospitality and highly recommended. Great party was you have a very beautiful sunset view.

This is one of the best beach resorts we have stayed in goa. Views are mesmerizing with private beach access and they have their own sundowner restaurant. We booked the jaccuzi room which was very much worth it, can easily accommodate 2 people at a time. Staff is very friendly and quick to respond. Buffet spread was excellent with plenty of options. Only thing they can improve is provide some complimentary baby food options and milk which most of the 4/5 star resorts provide. Also, they seemed short on staff on our last day of stay when property was fully booked, they should look to manage that.

Location is superb and stay was quite comfortable and relaxing. The property operations manager mohsin took good care of us and looked into making our stay comfortable. Sakshi was very helpful too. Food at the resort is good and tastes good. Only downside would be the service at the restaurant is slow and sometimes you need to constantly follow up for your food to be delivered on time. However the view and comfort makes it an amazing property to stay at. Will be definitely coming back.

Firstly the location is awesome. As soon we enter we see a beautiful beach view from the main entrance itself. Secondly, hospitatlity and rooms were exotic. Thirdly the food in the restaurant was delicious including a wide variety of breakfast buffets. Loved the accommodation. Few observations: the in room dining used food plates were at the door step of neighbour room for more than 2 days. It was a bit unpleasant whenever we used to enter our room.

Amazing property with breathtaking view and direct access to beach. Food is amazing and thers lot of variety available during breakfast. Apart from this, thers no management in check in process as all the staff were busy with particular category of guest. When we were asked to proceed towards our room the housekeeping where still cleaning the room and were asked to wait outside the room. Management needs improvement rest everything is excellent

First of all, the place is superb. Staff is well trained. Additionally we reached early to the resort. The check in time according to the booking we made was 2 pm. We were tired after the journey. My wife is pregnant, these people were so humble, they provided us room early at 10:30, without even us asking them. Place and staff is just wow. If flying by air, then please book your flight to g ox airport. We came by goi, which is bit far.

The location of the property is amazing. Every room gets a pool and sea view from the garden or balcony. The balcony rooms are spacious and has a very good decor amd washorooma are spacious. Food, staff and overall hospitality is totally worth. Especially mohsin who attended to our issue with the ac and fixed it with 30 mins and the entire staff was courteous and very helpful. Great location very beautiful beach. Less crowded !

Resort is superb. Right in front of the beach. Its very new resort in ashwem beach. I really loved my stay. Food price is on higher side. Service is good. But i think its new resort many things to be taken care. Breakfast was nice. Over all i had great time.

Lovely place to be in, with great sea view, perfect spot for sunset. Pretty neat place, staffs were supporting as well. Overall a good place to be with family!

It was a wonderful stay. Food was delicious and the ambience was also nice. Looking forward to visiting again.

The location is the highlight. The property is new however the finishing of the property can be better.

The location and the rooms are very good. The food is extremely expensive and are not upto the mark, same thing goes for cocktails. Very terrible taste couldn’t finish. The staffs are courteous and nice.

Room, sea view service, Tan N Sand staff, food& everything was excellent i will suggest tourists please visit this place once you are in north goa

The stay was awesome. The ambience was great, the staff were friendly. The maintenance and the front desk deserve particular mention. Altogether the stay was worth the money
