Tangerine Boutique Resort

First room was ok , but roof plank fell in evening when we went inside after returning , termites issue and non maintenance, changed to other room - where AC was not cooling , in room landline not working , water supply was off for almost 1 hour pathetic . Changed to finally last room which was ok type.

Room was not good. It's very damaged and dirty. The hotel staff told me that you have selected this. And they said that the same room is available for this price. Which was very old and in bad condition. How can you give such a bad experience to someone?

No good service asked fot payment at counter inspire of me showing MMT voucher and payment proof of fully paid disorganized parking no parking available pathetic washroom maintenance Ac was leaking water 1st night.... bad breakfast quality....very sub optimal

It was a terrible experience because what we booked we didn’t get..and later have to pay more to get the room we have booked..it was disappointing..

The location was really nice and near the beach walking distance around 5 mins. The food was nice ( specially pasta and puri baji for breakfast ) the amenities were nice. Services were good too

I had a wort hotel experience. Reception staff is very nonsense and mannerless. Did not received anything in the inclusions as per my my booking

Stay was comfortable but their is problem of hot water in bathroom.

*terrible experience at [tangerine boutique resort* we had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. The condition of the hotel is appalling and unacceptable *issues* - the lady at the reception was extremely rude. - despite booking a grand room, which promised complimentary late checkout and other amenities, the staff refused to provide them. - the lift on the 4th floor was damaged and risky. - on the second day, the lift stopped working altogether, and despite repeated complaints, no action was taken. - the swimming pool and food restaurant were under construction. - basic amenities like tissue paper were not provided in the washroom. - the room was dirty, smelly, and infested with insects and spiders in the almirah. - only cheap quality shampoo and soap were provided. *disappointing stay* we stayed for 4 days, and our experience was subpar. The property has potential, but maintenance is nonexistent. *advice* avoid staying at this resort. Even a dharamshala (budget hostel) would be a better option. Spend your money wisely.

The worst property in Goa, guys pls don’t blindly do the booking of this resort by seeing their shared images. it’s in pathetic condition, pool is dirty, rooms are pathetic and bugged. my worst stay had to leave next morning and check in to a far superior resort. guys pls don’t visit Tangerine resort 🙏🏼

Enjoyed my stayed there. Room service was very good and staff behaviour and food is also very good. Pool timing was only 9-7, it would be better if they increase the pool timing.

Terrible experience in tangerine resort. We waited 5 hours for the room check in and it was in bad condition. Flush was not working, door lock was not working and water was leaking from ac. When we made the complaint to mm t they canceled our next day stay without letting know us. We are waiting for our 2 days refund and hoping for some action against hotel.

Please do-not go by the pictures. They are misleading and please do better! verify the photos before you post it. I expected the hotel to be as good as the pictures shown and it was a huge let down! the entrance floor is broken, and looks like it is under construction but nothing is happening. I booked a family suite, and i was hugely disappointed! with the room and the service. Rooms are not clean and there were cockroaches on the bed. The sheets were stained and the pillows were old and worn out. I cut short my stay because of the issues i mentioned. They do-not provide toiletries, have to pay for the tooth paste. No soap or shampoo. The towels are worn out and old and i can just go on. The balconies were the only good thing but the mosquitoes ruined that too! book the room at this hotel at your own risk.
