Tanya Homestay-2 BHK Homestay

I had a very disappointing experience at Tanya Homestay. The place was extremely dirty and poorly maintained. The staircase is narrow and inconvenient. The owner asked me to park my car outside, and during the night, someone damaged it. The water filter was not working, the kitchen and utensils were unhygienic, and the bathroom was filthy. Towels had a bad smell, and the room was filled with a damp, unpleasant odor. Overall, it’s not even worth 1 star — I would not recommend this property.

The home stay was excellent. Room was specious. We enjoyed a lot by cooking ourselves. Owner was very cooperative and a nice gentleman. I would highly recommend this home stay.

The host was very welcoming and friendly. The homestay had a homely vibe & comfort was an add on. Is a 5 minute walk from the bus stand. This would be my go to homestay if i visit coorg again

The owner is really nice but the stay is not maintained properly its not organised well and its not cleaned. Requires cleaning and maintenance.

It's a very pleasant stay at coorg and tanya home stay. Both are cool. Meeting with mr. Harsh-it was nice experience. His warm reception and good bye will stay in memory forever.

The room is soo good! with best view. The owner has been very friendly with us and also helping us everytime.

Overall stay was very good and location wise also it’s very nice and the host harshith was very co-operative.

We had a wonderful stay.. it's located in a very pleasant area with a good view from the living room window. It is very comfortable for 4-5 members. Pocket friendly with very good privacy. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Upon reaching , we called the owner. Mr. Kaveri Appa uncle got the key for us. He helped us with booking the cab and gave us a lot of information which helped us to explore. Most safe home stay to find in Coorg if only girls are travelling .It was nearby to the Madikeri bus stand at a walkable distance, just little climbing is required. Theres faculty of hot water geyser , 2 bed rooms, hall with TV, Kitchen with gas cylinder and utensils, two separate washrooms etc . The cab driver Mr. Prasad Uncle is the best person I have ever met in my entire life. He selflessly took us to best site seeing places in Coorg at most affordable charges. He even took us to a local waterfall which nobody knows abt. He even came to drop us to the bus stand at 2.30am in the night. Youl can contact him. He also helped us in booking jeep to go to Mandalpatti view early morning.

It is very good location nearer to madikeri bus stand. Nearby restaurant is there. Host is co operative.
