The Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotels owner/management & the staff has run extra mile in their hospitality to make our stay very comfortable and like home too the Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotels is at great location and the view from the location is also great everything is easily accessible, 5-10 min of walk to lakshman jhula and sai/tapovanghat, also the main road is at same distance the food was delicious great dine-in experience humble management & staff members also, whenever, i required they arranged the cab as per the requirements. Everyone is very humble working in the Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotels, and service is on the spot, in-short i can say all my experience was great with them and everything was smoothly happened. Thanks to all of the Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotels members who are running it. I can say that as it was my 1st outing with family.

I visited here in May, 2024. I had a wonderful experience at this Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotels. Location is very nice. Its situated opposite to Antalya Resort in Tapovan, Rishikesh. Reception staff is very helpful and welcoming. We had planned for a road trip for few days and asked the staff if we can leave our extra luggage with them, and they instantly provided space for our luggage without any cost, which made our journey really easy. I would love to stay again next time I visit Rishikesh. Price is very affordable as well. Highly recommended for stay.

Hotel is 200m from sai ghat/lakshman jhula, mountain view from Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotels give a refreshing look, triveni ghat is approx 2. 5-3 km you can view ganga art i their. We (2 adult 1 child) booked comfort room however miss kajal at reception get it upgraded to deluxe next day, thanks to her. Budget friendly and homely stay. Hotel is bit on lower/inner/narrow road but walking from main market/cafe/mandir. Comfort rooms are bit small for family of 3, ok for 2 person, for 3 person go for minimum deluxe room.

The rooms are good, staff is very co operative. Man-deep is the one who goes beyond and helps you every possible way. Food quality is excellent. Rooms has good infra. Some attention to detail could have been better. Room had just one cup for tea. Had to ask for that. I had 2 rooms booked. One had a issue with basin tap as the water flow was very low. Need to fix the same. One room had a bottom leak issue which has been raised and i need to get the same fixed. Food is very delicious both breakfast, dinner, lunch.

I recently stayed at tapovan new residency by ftp Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotelss and found the experience to be good. The kitchen staff was professional and provided good service. However, the room quality and housekeeping standards were not up to par and could use improvement. On a positive note, there was ample parking space available. Overall, an okay stay but could be better with some improvements.

Hotel is well maintain food was delicious, staff was polite, location is perfect near ganga ghat, i like most the morning view from the Tapovan New Residency by FTP Hotels surrounded with mountains & you can do morning walk to ghat just take less than 5 min & room amenities was nice too

It was wonderful staying there, they provided us a bigger room despite pre booked rooms on the spot on the same floor which i requested for my parents without any extra cost. Locality is good and very huge parking along with mountain view baconies👍

Not only the location is great but service and food was also very nice. No issues of hot water or cleanliness. Everything went according to the plan and enjoyed a lot of!

Location is really good as property is on a walking distance from ganges. Car parking is available. Staff is very polite. We loved the stay.
