Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa

Stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights, had a great experience. Restaurant service was quite slow and they kept messing up our orders. It was rather shocking to see that they had absolutely no local cuisine on their menu, however, the chef agreed to prepare some local food especially for us. That was very kind on his part. Staff had a party on 31st night due to which they were completely unprepared on 1st morning for breakfast. That was a tad bit unprofessional on their part, some unruly guests created a havoc in the restaurant due to this and even charged inside the kitchen! That scene and nuisance could have been avoided had the staff been prepared.

Location is bit far away from main city but that's a good point about it. The Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa is well maintained, good location and maintained so well. Here is a special mention of Mr. Subash Rai, residential manager of the Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa is so kind and always ready to help. Even the other staff was always there to help u out with just anything. The ambience is just best. Just need a little improvement in house keeping and the taste of restaurant. These could be little better and otherwise its a best Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa.

A quiet, well maintained, clean place with very forth coming, pleasing and warm staff. The room had a breathtaking view of the hills and the service was prompt. A very well managed Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa with the manager Mr. Subash Rai personally putting the effort to make the stay of the guests comfortable.

Right from entering the Hotel till the time of check out it was fantastic stay. Hotel staff from manager to house keeping were helpful, professional and cheerful. Had a memorable stay. Only one feedback since I traveled in june, ac/fan should be installed in summers. I was provided with one portable fan so it was not an issue for us. Thank you and keep the good work. Hope to visit again!

Hotel location far from market area but I don't like crowded location, so I prefer this Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa for nature lover. Very nice Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa ambience. Swimming pool is awesome. Food quality is very nice. Specially bakery items, too tasty. Hotel staffs are very helpful and careful. Really awesome experience. Thank you.

I had been to Bihar for some work and due to postponement of my work, I took a chance to see Gangtok and stayed in Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa, had booked regular room. However, the Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa management upgraded my stay and the people at reception and management including restaurant staff were good. Good people.

Awesome rooms, clean wash rooms. Good view of the hills. Food quality can be better. Not satisfied with the breakfast buffet and the dinner buffet. Chinese menu had just chowmin and nothing else, not even a side dish. Only 1 non veg variety in the dinner palate. Very courteous staff and overall was a good experience.

A bit away from the main city, but if you want to connect with nature, this is just great. The Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa arranges rented cabs. The bar is great and the staff courteous. I asked them to include more traditional food in the menu.

The location is further away from hustle bustle of gangtok - ideal if you are looking for peaceful stay and great views. Courteous and warm staff, excellent food as well. Cleanliness as well is great. We had a good time and great vacation. Connection via local taxis available. We could complete all sight seeing.

Awesome food And great thanks for hospitality for honeymoon night. They offer us suit for honeymoon night with red wine and cakes. It was awesome. And view from Hotel is awesome.

Excellent Tashiling Residency Hotel & Spa in Gangtok. The only issue is it hasn't own cars even if pick up and drop facility, however local taxi available at any time.
