Tat Tvam Asi Organic Farm Stay

My experience was great. The food, lodging and hospitality was excellent. The only problem is that the place is difficult to enter and exit.

A relaxing stay in the midst of verdant coffee plants everywhere !! Loved every sip of their strong coffee.

Staff drunk, horrible approach road, no assistance, bathroom leaking n wet, room full of bugs …… this is cheating … what a sorry experience … never again

I had an incredible experience at the Chikmagalur homestay near Baba Budangiri. Nestled in the midst of forests and mountains, the serene surroundings provided a perfect escape to nature. The proximity to coffee plantations added to the charm. The homestay itself was impeccably clean, reflecting a commitment to hygiene. The staff's warm and friendly behavior added a personal touch to the stay, making it even more enjoyable. The highlight, undoubtedly, was the amazing food served – a delightful culinary experience that complemented the natural beauty of the location. Highly recommend this homestay for a rejuvenating and memorable retreat.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this farm, and while the location was picturesque, my overall experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The farm is situated in a beautiful area, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, getting there proved to be a challenge as the google maps location was inaccurate. It's advisable to ask the staff for precise directions to avoid any confusion. On the downside, the culinary aspect of my stay left much to be desired. The food was not only repetitive but also of subpar quality, as the same dishes were served three times during my visit. This monotony and lack of variety were disappointing. Hygiene standards were another concern, with both the room and washroom lacking the cleanliness one would expect. This aspect significantly impacted the overall comfort of the stay. In conclusion, while the farm stay offers a pleasant location, improvements in navigation accuracy, food variety, and cleanliness are crucial for a more satisfying experience

We had a really wonderful stay. The homestay is located in a forest reserve area and is surrounded bye beautiful use of forested hills and lush coffee plantations. There r very picturesque sports for taking a morning hike and moving the sunrise over the hills, a nearby waterfall is also there and walk in the coffee plantation can be done. A special mention for mr suresh, the caretaker who created for all our needs ended much more than what is the expected to make a stay comfortable. All the staff there is very very courteous. And the hospitality is top notch. The rooms give a “mountain chalet “ feel with rustic decor and wooden make. The only difficult part is that the road leading to the property is in a very bad state(in fact iit is a muddy and rocky path) with no signal on the way, air-tel signal is available for calling on the property though. I would seriously recommend not to approach the property after dusk when coming for the first time. But bhatt other than that it is a great experience even with a two year old daughter we had no issues and i would love to visit this place again

I had the pleasure of staying at tat tvam assi homestay in chikmagalur, and i must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service provided was truly excellent. Suresh, in particular, went out of his way to ensure our comfort throughout our stay. His attentiveness and warm hospitality were truly remarkable. The food served at the homestay was simply delicious. Each meal was a delightful blend of local flavors and traditional recipes. It was a culinary journey that we looked forward to at every mealtime. The valley view from the property was breathtaking. Waking up to the lush greenery and serene surroundings was a treat for the senses. The tranquility of the location was a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights of our stay was the organic coffee estate walk. Tat tvam assi homestay provided us with a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and hospitality. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the lap of nature with exceptional service and delicious food. It truly made our chikmagalur trip memorable.

This place is home away from home for me. I enjoy the bright spacious rooms, made with love for detail. Strolling through the coffee plants that are merged with the jungle is filling every cell with aliveness. It's just so priceless to escape the city for a while )

Rustic stay with filling and wholesome food. The views are stunning and the hike to the valley and waterfall are labeled and beautiful. Not many amenities such as soap etc, so bring your own. The road to get to the farm is rough but the team there is willing to pick you up if you are unable to navigate the terrain.

The experience was truly exceptional, and i couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. From the moment i arrived, everything was pristine and well-maintained. Tat tvam seems like a good place secluded away from nature and topping on it, it is an organic holistic stay but the wish to stay here was the most terrible decision that i have ever made. We booked the stay and then we get a call from the property an hour before we reached the property location saying that they don’t accept bookings for anything that is booked in less than 24 hours and they cited a glitch. Funnily when i am looking for stays for the next day, the booking availability is there or they lack professionalism to mention this upfront on the stay details ( which is very very important.

The property is surrounded by beautiful plantation. The caretaker and other staff is welcoming. Food could have been better. The location is bit remote and the last ~2 kms patch is really bad.

Approach road is not at all good. They do not have trained staff to make you feel comfortable while finding the way to the resort. Added to this there is zero WIFI/ mobile connectivity. The rooms/ dining areas could have been clean at least... No hot water. Food just okay

Tat tvam assi organic farm stay is a beautiful property located in middle of mountains giving you the mesmerising view in the morning and evening. The property is right in the middle of coffee estate. They grow their own organic coffee and the coffee i had there was the best i ever had till now. The cook was amazing and gave us really tasty food as per our requirements. They have kept the kitchen clean and it almost felt having food at home. The only negative thing i felt was that it’s a little expensive and they try to charge for every single service which are usually complementary in other properties. My overall experience was great at the property. There are three dogs at the property which were amazing and very social. They joined us at our small trekking to the waterfall and view point. They made our trekking even more beautiful with their company as they kept playing with us through out the trekking. The only problem in the trekking was that their are a lot of leaches on the way and you need to be careful about it. However they give you trekking high boots to get rid of this problem.

This property is located in a proper forest and also good views from your room and balcony. Staff is also very friendly and responsive. They care a lot about the safety. There are many view points and water fall near to this property which are walkable distance.

Map was not accurate. Its good for family gatherings
