Room was not fully ready on arrival, TV was not working, Bathroom was not proper. Not arrange the booking of SPA during our stay. Food was not tasty, normal food design. Overall experience was poor against the value. Property location was good; rest was No Value for Money experience.

The Tatsaraasa _ combination of timeless beauty and prosperous comfort. Truly this place has it's own aura. Situated at lakeside which gives elegant vibes of peace. Property is surrounded by far Aravalli ranges and little villages but still it serves purely modern luxury. Huge Gardens, stunning swimming pools, pet free atmosphere, lovely birds, buddhist aroma, fantastic infrastructure must be the gems of this property. The most important thing for leisure stay is service and hygiene, but genuinely their service was very polite and friendly.. Himani was with us for a while and her humble gesture was so beautiful towards us. A good Food is good mood this phrase is made for this.. Thank you tatsaraasa for the beautiful stayโบ๏ธ

Poor Stay

Hotel services were extremely poor โ no punctuality, no proper management, and absolutely zero customer service. Staff seemed careless and unresponsive. It was a bad experience overall. Only the property and surrounding sightseeing were worth it โ rest everything was below expectations. Have to make at least 4โ5 calls for a single thing โ so disappointing.
