TCS Suites

Less , clean ,we booked 2 rooms , no hot water in both the rooms we took, Switches are complaint .

TCS offers a comfortable stay for all kinds of travel, be it business or with family. I've always preferred staying at this hotel thanks to their hospitality and well maintained rooms. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to others.

TCS Suites – 3/5 I recently stayed at TCS Suites and, while the experience was decent overall, there were a few issues that impacted my stay. The main concern was the bed condition—it was uncomfortable and didn’t provide a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the bathroom shower had some problems, making it inconvenient to use. Privacy was also lacking, which made the stay less enjoyable. The hotel has potential, but addressing these issues would significantly improve the guest experience.

One of the staff who was handling night shift on front office his attitude was very bad. we complained about ac issue on the midnight, that time his behaviour was too bad. we are 2 ladies stayed there. will never book the property. room was ok.

Service offered by hotel management is too poor. Uncleaned room is given and no daily cleaning was performed. worst hotel ever. No hot water and TV set is in off condition. No positive response from staff.

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel. in Ernakulam, Kerala, called "TCS SUITES." ✨ The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy.The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious too, especially the local Kerala cuisine. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend for a memorable stay in Ernakulam!

The room was exceptionally clean and superbly appointed. The receptionist was highly professional, providing a seamless check-in experience. The entire room exceeded expectations, boasting modern amenities and immaculate cleanliness.

Dear mmt i have not checked in the hotel as prior to check-in i request to check the room & got to know they are running a brothel at the place. Rooms are not as per description mentioned on makemytrip. When i informed the reception person for refund, he confirmed to take it from mmt.

Ac not working well, there is a window in the room which have no lock. Noises from coridor until l late night.

Place is good, provided space for parking. Good service. Some sort of construction work was going on and i think they are renovating the property.

I booked two rooms at tics. For two nights through make my trip when i went to the hotel, found inadequate size of rooms paint of walls was rupching. Bedding was very dirty. I left hotel in one night, no refund for second night payout.

Service and location wise it is a good place to stay. But the condition of the rooms could have been better. Staffs were very much friendly and helpful.

I can say that the said hotel should maintain to the bedsheet and other blanket etc should be washed properly once the earlier guest is left and it was stinking and hotwater i mean heater was not working. So overall i can see that there is no proper inspection from the hotel management or the manager appointed. Thank you

The room was not clean. Pillow covers and blankets were not washed properly. Not worth for the amount. Very small room
