Swimming pool and gym is not working and have to take cold water shower in night as they have some issue with there hot water, also they were so strict about check out time that even 5 min after 12 pm is charge as 500 rs

Room was not which was shown at booking time and also not clean towels were dirty wall colour was full of scratches

Staff is good. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast is tasty. Only problem we faced was power outage which happened because of generator issue but that could be one off an incident. Still it was worth staying here

Everything was good including behaviour of person at reception and food quality is just ok, only one thing which I missed that when I need the lighter to lit the candle for birthday celebration which they refused. May he because of security issue it may happened. Rest all ok

Good location, free from traffic noise, good food, neat and clean premises with all required ameneties

Everything was good but they asked me to pay 500rs extra for swimming and i paid but since I didn’t used swimming pool. Please process the refund as I didn’t used the pool

Stay is nice rooms are spacious, staff is polite and instant responses were there of every general query

Food quality was very poor. Breakfast was with very low items, anyhow we manage the same but they served stale food as parantha was smelled badly. We checkout the room without breakfast. Don’t availed complimentary breakfast as it’s totally waste of money.

Everyday I had to ask them for bathing hot water. But in the property rules they mesioned as 24 hours hot water provided. While check out requested 2 hours extra time relief not allowed.

I stayed at this TDI hotel 10 days and got only 2 times while bathing hot water other days did bath with cold water.

Okay Average Food and Service and all.Aminance is ok and sedvice is ok or everything is avergae or ok

It was a great experience staying in TDI property Great hospitality, staff was very cooperative. Will sure visit again

Food was good. Staff was polite and helping.. Only concern was cleanness. Bathroom was not clean. Towel provided was old and not having good quality . Overall Stay was OK. But not worth compared to room's charges.

The food was good and property is location near to industrial area of Chandigarh, where I have a business meeting . Property was neat and clean and isolated , which I personally like it.
