The location of the Tea Garden Riverside is excellent as it is in main munnar market and everything from pure veg restaurants, chemists, local shops for milk for babies, bus stop, taxi vendors everything is nearby. They have 2 types of rooms where standard double room is smaller of the two and deluxe double room is larger. The washroom on the other hand is bigger in the standard double room and smaller in deluxe double room. They provide electric kettle for usage and 1 litre bottled water complimentary daily. The woodwork in the rooms is quite nicely maintained as they're almost new i think. The bed is however queen size and not king size and is too soft. So it is a bit uncomfortable for aged people or for those who are habituated for a bit harder ones.

A comfortable stay.. Situated in the middle of the city (no, not in a tea garden or in riverside). Newly built property, clean rooms and restroom. No in-house restaurant, but plenty of options available within 1 km radius. Has a small car parking space. This is a Tea Garden Riverside, not a resort - so not much amenities within the premises.. Recommended for families who are looking for a clean stay option after a tiring day of sightseeing and activities in Munnar. Note: In case you're looking for authentic Ayurvedic Massage - ask the Hotel Manager - he can refer you and get you discounts.

The location easily accessible from bus stand and town centre. Manager and staff were courteous and supportive. Hot water available. Comfortable beds. Clean laundry. Additional mattress provided on request. Kettles, tea packs, sugar packs and coffee packs provided. Adjacent vegetarian restaurants serve quality food, but the price is like that of a tourist spot. Mr. Anand is multilingual and enquires about you even before you have reached the spot.

The rooms were compact with simplistic look. Had a nice big window from where you can get a decent view ( decent keeping in mind you are staying almost in the city centre. The toilets were really clean and hot water available all day. The most positive thing about this place was it's location near to the city, within a km you can reach all the eateries and shops within the city. The staff was also very nice and cooperative.

It was a good stay. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean. Even though the room was a bit smaller it was a great experience. Even though there was no restaurant provided with the building, we did not find it difficult to-find food around the place. Staff were friendly and all amenities were provided with the room. I highly recommend this place as we can roam around the town without a parking issue.

Pros - accommodation is very good, rooms are so clean and very economy in prices 2 deluxe rooms 3 nights 13k only. Near by town 800ms, good management people, wifi available, over all i'm happy customers cons - kitchen is not available so morning breakfast option not available. Lift facility not available, limited car parking only 3 cars can park. Overall good place to stay in low price.

I stayed in Tea Garden Riverside for three nights. The suite was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was spacious and hot water was available all time. Mr Gokul the Manager was very helpful. A bottle of water was provided on all the days I stayed. An electric kettle with tea and coffee sachets were provided. Parking of car is slightly difficult.

The rooms are very neat, clean and also budget friendly. This Tea Garden Riverside is located in center of the city of the city

Hotel is located at old road of munnar 1 km before new road of munnar market. Hotel is having good spacious rooms with little city view. Food is not there but ampler og vegy Tea Garden Riverside nearby you should plan with taxi bus stand and taxi and auto stand are near by.

Good rooms and amenities at a very reasonable price. Hospitality of the staff is very good. Clean and tidy rooms. Close to munnar bus stand. Only problem is no in-house restaurant in it.

I found it from google. Located close to the ksrtc bus stand, it's easy to get to the Tea Garden Riverside, and it's very neat and clean. Last but not least, the manager allowed me to check in early. I will recommend to my relatives and friends.

Pleasant stay with good rooms and ambiance, just poor room service staff and reception staff

Good experience in staying this Tea Garden Riverside, only cons is they dont provide room service after 10 pm so we got troubled for drinking water, apart from this overall experience is good
