cleanliness is very poor, they don't provides bath soap and toothpaste. wash room is not up to the standard and dirty. no dedicated parking available.. monkeys will come inside if you keep the door open, monkey poop available in the sit out..

There was no parking in the property misguided completely, hygiene not maintained, I will not recommend any traveler to go for this property.

One of the worst managed property, no parking available, no power backup also property manager is extremely rude and doesn’t care about customer experience. This hotel claim that it has kitchen but no such thing exist, he will redirect to nearby hotel for food. Also balcony is shared with all the rooms which leaves no privacy between rooms. Please don’t go to this as it will waster your money and experience for ooty.

The location is very good but the maintenance is not up to the mark. If they maintain the property then it would have been a wonderful experience. Also people should not stay at this property place if they are not travelling by their own vehicle.

Stay was good, but the sightseeing places are 10kms away from the resort. Otherwise all good and caretaker was friendly with us.

The hill view bungalow is amazing, with all basic amenities facing picturesque tea valley and range of mountain

We had taken a family suite room. The property is located at a good place, have good view. Cleanliness and maintenance of the room is okish. Caretaker is good and helpful

Awesome view, spacious rooms, remote location service is average but can be managed with this view. If you have your own car, go for it.

Mostly like the ambiance and atmosphere and the caretaker were a nice person quiet nice place with a peaceful atmosphere

The view was good. But apart from that stay was terrible. The caretaker is least bothered about guest needs and satisfaction. For even a small thing like room cleaning for more than 1 day stay it was "not possible" reply from caretaker. He doesn't have anything in stock if we order. So it was like only the room. And rest are left to the guests to make arrangements by themselves.

Worst place to stay with family. No food facilities are there. Resort is very far from central ooty. Room is very dirty. Totally disappointed. Not recommended for family stay.

View was good but rooms weren't hygiene and also poor service.

Good view from balcony. Water is not too hot, normal temprature. Blanket of one room smells really bad and room smells bad. Food provided by them is good, additional payment. Speed of network provided by them is good.

Very far from city, no street lights or any signage to identify. Refused for food on day one only and property was also pathetically maintained

Wonderful property. Very scenic view from the property. Parking is on road, but manageable. The care taker is very friendly. But he is not supported by the cook. The cook is rude and the care taker has to ask her permission before taking any food order. Food was very simple but enough. I recommend this property.

Pros: clean spacious room with tea garden view. Clean toilet with geyser. Cons: no restaurant, road parking, remote location with no options to eat around.
