Actually, if I could give 7 stars, I would! This place was quite a find! The room was a suite with a small sitting room. The bedroom was a 15x15 room. Clean and comfortable. 2 separate a/cs one for each room. Wrap around terrace with a mountain top view! Snazzy bathroom with Grohe fittings. Water pressure was excellent. The complimentary buffet breakfast was out of this world! Excellent Madras coffee. Poha upma, iddly, Vada(small ones), rava Pongal, Vada curry, fresh omelette station, bread, butter, jam etc fresh fruits, 2 fresh juices....and kheer! Actually it was rice payasam made fresh with ghee and plenty of nuts!!! And..I could smell and taste the saffron in it! Awesome Tea Tree Suites Manipal and restaurant!! The staff were quiet and friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Just awesome!👍🏼. The Tea Tree Suites Manipal and the service is awesome. It is located in a wonderful place, close to city and also get a great view of the nature, provided it is recommended to pure book the room and call to block the rooms with view. The staff were very considerate of my accomodation of an extra hour. I also had to freshen up later in the evening, since i checked out in morning. The staff recommended me to keep my stuff at Tea Tree Suites Manipal and come back. They also provided me a place to freshen up. I would highly recommend this place to stay. For this price it's an amazing deal. Especially vasu, anand, jayashree and aft-ab were awesome. The restaurant ginger and spice serves amazing food. Shekar from the restaurant helped me with suggestions and also with transport.

The Tea Tree Suites Manipal is located in a scenic location close to nature. Nature lovers would enjoy their stay at this Tea Tree Suites Manipal. The staff are cordial and helpful. The cleanliness of the Tea Tree Suites Manipal is impeccable. The complimentary breakfast provided by the Tea Tree Suites Manipal is also delectable. Overall the Tea Tree Suites Manipal has a locational advantage and i would highly recommend this place for a pleasant and a wonderful stay. I stayed along with my colleagues here and everybody has only positive things to say about this Tea Tree Suites Manipal.

Ours was a very short stay (just a day. The Tea Tree Suites Manipal is neat and clean and the room was spacious. It’s located very close to manipal university and just 10 mins from the famous udupi krishna temple. Courteous and a very punctual staff. They won’t lent you in until it’s 2pm the check in time. No matter whether you are ailing or have a kid, you just need to stay in the lobby even you are 30 mins earlier. Never seen this punctuality anywhere. Food was good and the morning buffet spread was okaish. Overall a good stay. It’s over priced, goes up to 10k per night per room.

Had a good time at tea tree suites. The overall Tea Tree Suites Manipal seemed new and was quite well maintained & clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. Th Tea Tree Suites Manipal is located a little off the main road the reception was very helpful in arranging for autos when needed. The room was nice and spacious - the balcony & small kitchen/utility like space were a welcome addition. The breakfast spread was good but breakfast time rush could have been better managed - the refills and the live counter management was a little confusing & chaotic.

We have visited the property with our parents over the weekend and the staff were very welcoming and helpful, the Dining experience was also pleasant. On top of this we had paid a bit extra bill due to connectivity issue but I want to appreciate and thank Mr. Raghav from front desk who had reached out post he found out the same and assisted us in getting our money back , he ensured that the fund is transferred to account and updated us throughout the way. it was really helpful and we will definitely visit the same property if had a chance.

Pros - location is very good. Hotel is great with good maintenance. We have got valley view room. Hotel has lot of parking. Swimming pool at rooftop with good view. Cons - buffet breakfast is ok ok limited options. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner not up to the mark. The biggest issue faced is no refrigerator in the room. With weather quite hot, it’s a big challenge. Also Tea Tree Suites Manipal doesn’t provide you with complimentary cold water bottles. If you ask for a cold water bottle, they will charge you extra for this.

Hotel is very nice and decent!’ it’s not open fully only breakfast is available. Please advance them prepare breakfast from 6:30 only so that people leaving early then can have and leave from Tea Tree Suites Manipal. And i don’t think the amout i paid it’s worth for that because there no food everything i have to go outside. About cleanness is very nice and they should open swimming pool whole day. There are more several things need to update but it’s just opening so it’s fine now.

The Tea Tree Suites Manipal is beautiful, neat and spacious. Very well lit and we booked the premium suite and loved our stay for 3 nights. The breakfast buffet was good and enjoyable.

Excellent property, peaceful, near and clean in the middle of the city. Krusha temple is only 5 km away but the entire city has disciplined traffic. No hustle, no crowd. Totally satisfied with the service and helpful staff. Specially ms jayshri is a cleaning supervisor, is adorable n most helpful.

Room was small but ambient was too good u can get food in the basement staff are good and mannered recommended

Went with family. Had a wonderful experience in the Tea Tree Suites Manipal. Staff were courteous, rooms were neat and clean with a great view, food was delicious and even the swimming pool water was very clean with less chlorine.

Me nd my friend had stayed here for 2nights, we really loved it. very calm nd quite, sure friendly staff, nice environment. bit interior but calm. best for family stay , nd working related people. breakfast is good. only thing meals have to be ordered from Zomato or swiggy. no choice in the menu. overall its really good.

Would like to thank the Tea Tree Suites Manipal for making my trip so comfortable and meeting my requirements from time to time. Highly recommended Tea Tree Suites Manipal and staff really goes the extra mile to serve the guests !
