Dear Sir, Thank you for sharing your feedback. This is a villa-type hotel (homestay style), and we do have an in-house kitchen where food is prepared on prior order only. The same was explained to you at the time of check-in. We have a helpline/service number displayed in common areas, and it was also shared with you during check-in for any assistance. Regarding the water issue, sometimes when the overhead tank gets empty, it takes some time for the water to come back after refilling. We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused due to this. Since your booking included one Deluxe room and one Executive room, the rooms were accordingly allocated as per the category booked. However, we understand this may not suit everyone's preference. We do not have a lift for dlx room and this is mentioned in our listing details. Assistance with luggage is always available upon request. Food is prepared fresh in our in-house kitchen, and we provide meals on pre-order to maintain quality and reduce wastage. While we do not have intercom facilities, our team is always reachable via mobile, and we strive to offer prompt service. Regarding the checkout communication, we apologize if the response felt impolite — it was never our intention. We will look into this and ensure better staff interaction moving forward.
