Hotel rooms are neat. The staff are polite and their hospitality is good. The Teles Westend Hotel is on the 3rd floor and you have to climb stairs. It would be good if there is lift facility. Hotel is good. The staff are polite and their hospitality is good. There is no lift. You have to climb 3 floors to reach your room.

Lacation very convinient near railway station. Easily accessible. Market, restaurant nearby tel-es west-end Teles Westend Hotel. Shall recommend everyone. Suitable for those who can walk as Teles Westend Hotel is on 2nd floor. No lift. Owner is a cooperative. Good experience.

Stayed for a night, to catch up an early train. Property newly renovated and good. But there is no lift/elevator, Teles Westend Hotel is in 3rd floor and also sheets were bit smelly. Overall my stay was gud as expected
