Teles Westend Hotel

This is a great Teles Westend Hotel in downtown vasco de gama with very kind staff that go above and beyond to help you out. My flight to goa was delayed by several hours, so i ended up having a sleepless night in the airport rather than arriving in the late evening. After contacting the staff and telling them that i would not arrive until early the next morning, they assured me that someone would be awake to receive me and that i could sleep as long as needed (past checkout time. They displayed the same level of hospitality after i arrived and i couldn't be more grateful. Although i only stayed for a few hours, the Teles Westend Hotel also seemed cleanly and the room spacious.

Hotel is nearby airport and railway station. Staff is co-operative. Few things can be improved : welcome kit consisting of water bottles, milk powder and tea/coffee sachets, toothpaste and toothbrush, soap, shampoo, detergent soap/powder can be provided. Availability of flask in room maybe explored. As it's a old construction, lift is available which becomes little tough for senior citizens to climb up and down. Pantry service for breakfast/snacks maybe explored.

It is very near to the vasco railway station only 400 to 500 m away, it is walkable distance. It's also very near to the vasco market area. It's a very beautiful room and bathrooms, clean and hygienic. The room includes a balcony and a tv unit. They provide a kitchen to cook their own food. Overall the Teles Westend Hotel is very good to the stay.

I stayed for excellent Teles Westend Hotel. Great service the room was very spacious, clean, the people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near central train station. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.

The Teles Westend Hotel is close to airport and very close to the railway station. The room was clean and so was the washroom. There was no lift but the stairs were clean with no spitting. There is no space for car parking as the area is congested and noisy. Overall a good option to stay before a flight.

I am in extremely impressed by the Teles Westend Hotel and the reception, Savio was extremely accomodating and made me feel special, the staff took care of everything and even before I arrived they messaged me and took my luggage promptly from the car! Rooms are extremely nice and good value for money!

The Teles Westend Hotel is located very close to vasco railway station. Our stay was good, we spent a day here. Rooms were clean, well sanitized and worth the money. There is no elevator, we had to walk to the 3rd floor with all our luggage. Prefer this stay only for shorter stays.

Very clean spacious well maintained rooms at a convenient location with helpful staff. Property owner personally checks on your comfort. Granted an extended stay for 3 hours after checkout time on request, a valued gesture by mr savio teles.

Best Teles Westend Hotel to stay in this price rooms were very good. Receptionalist was very friendly but the only thing is it is in the 3rd floor.

Teles west-end was a nice experience. Location is great for economic travellers to stay the night. It is close to the airport. Clean rooms and washroom. Supportive staff.
