No extra bed have been provided as offered in booking. Ac was not working properly. Please refund my amount charged for ac and extra bed

Teresa plaza was ideally located (near the kottayam railway station) for the purpose of my visit. The rooms and services were also good. We checked in very late (around 1. 45 am) but mr. Robin who attended to us was very helpful. He also helped with a contact for a cab the next day.

Great concept! individual rooms rented in an apartment environment which has a common living room and kitchen! this combined with am excellent host makes it more exhilarating! the railway station just 300 metres away is the icing on the cake

Nice place to stay, few steps to railway station, nice staff, booked on mmt. Mm t booking is simple and very informative. Room and bed was clean. Enjoyed the stay.

Make my trip has given hotel name wrongly. You have to correct the hotel name. Luckily i have got the contact number so i reached the hotel.

Air-condition need to improve. Cooling is to be improved. Everyday cleaning reqired. All other facilities are ok

Amenities are pathetic considering the price. To add upon that one psychotic staff is there mr. Robin who is as rude as humanly possible. He even dares to question the social status of the guests. I strongly suggest that the owner should consider firing him to spare the property from getting more rotten reviews.

Staying over here was too good. Good servicing from the reception and from the staffs. Spacious room. Queen size bed. Wifi access. Good air-conditioning. Reasonable rate (budject friendly. Neat and clean. Have a good parking space.

Misty rose resorts earlier known as hotel teresa plaza is located near kottayam railway station (walkable distance. Clean and neat rooms. Room and bathroom size is very small. Once you check in, nobody will disturb you until you check out. If you want to cook your own food, you can use the attached kitchen.

Property name changed to"misty rosa" from teresa plaza" please update your records. You may check the google maps for teresa plaza, it will show you as the property is permanently closed. This is creating a lot of confusion. I request you to kindly update the name of the property

Power failure also faced and its overpriced.

Good stay like home stay in this apartment i like this kitchen because what you want eat make it and eat.

No privacy vailation. And same service are good and services very good.

I booked studio apartment as i needed safety and privacy. But they gave me 3 bedroom apartment. It's too expensive for just one room. Next time i'll be more cautious while booking a room. Very much disappointed.

No sanitisation no hygienic no clenliness. Rooms are not sanitised after the previous guest stayed. Not cleaned after the previous guest stayed. Suggested dont stay if u look your health. Violated govt covid policies. Mosquito problem was there. They will offer u sleepless night
