I had a pleasant stay here! The location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread had good variety, though the taste could be improved a bit, perhaps by using higher-quality ingredients. One small area for improvement would be for the team to proactively check basic room requirements before guests arrive. Overall, a very good experience and definitely worth recommending!

We stayed in room 109 (premium AC) and 101 (standard cottage). The view from 109 balcony was superb. Waking up to the Banasura lake was refreshing. 101 was garden view. Both Rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful.All facilities were provided and stay was convenient. The walkways between cottages were dimly lit. That was the only concern as we had 2 rooms. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good.

My stay at Terrace Resort was good overall. However, some development work is still going on, which was a bit inconvenient. I had expected the swimming pool to be ready, but it is still under construction. The breakfast was average, but the dinner was quite good.

Horrible stay with limited support from reception staff

We had horrible stay at the resort. There was no power in the night and no one was able to arrange backup for light. Imagine staying in stormy night beside a lake with no electricity, sounds really adventurous but not for family to enjoy at all. We called the reception multiple times but it was of no help so we decided to vacate after the 1st night though we had booked for 2 nights.

The location was quite good, and the breakfast as well as the food was enjoyable. The staff provided excellent hospitality and were very courteous. However, I encountered issues with the approach roads to rooms 302 and 303, which were in poor condition. Additionally, the road leading to the property, which is about 200 meters from the main road, was narrow and muddy, making it difficult to drive.
