Food was poor and maintenance was very bad. There was no staff and no proper hot water also. We had a horrible stay.

Property is good. Location is nice Food is not liked by North I dians. Set menu for complementary break fast.

It is not a well maintained property and very old with very less facilities, would recommend better hotels in wayanad, not worth staying

I had a pleasant stay here! The location is great, rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread had good variety, though the taste could be improved a bit, perhaps by using higher-quality ingredients. One small area for improvement would be for the team to proactively check basic room requirements before guests arrive. Overall, a very good experience and definitely worth recommending!

We stayed in room 109 (premium AC) and 101 (standard cottage). The view from 109 balcony was superb. Waking up to the Banasura lake was refreshing. 101 was garden view. Both Rooms were spacious. Staff were helpful.All facilities were provided and stay was convenient. The walkways between cottages were dimly lit. That was the only concern as we had 2 rooms. Complimentary buffet breakfast was good.

It was nice and pleasant stay with my family !! The staffs were polite and pleasant.. But the food was not that good but complimentary breakfast was good.. overall stay was nice .. view from room was great!!

Entrance to hotel is not having safety as sudden road is comming and have blind spot Road to hotel from main rad is not good only single vehicle can go need to improvement . very slow food service as less servent

The hotel's location was beautiful and rooms were spacious, offering a pleasant environment. However, upon arrival a strong pungent smell lingered in the room, which only dissipated after keeping the windows open for several hours. The non-vegetarian food was a big letdown, and the staff service was just average. Overall, while the ambiance was nice, the odor issue and food quality impacted the experience negatively.

My stay at Terrace Resort was good overall. However, some development work is still going on, which was a bit inconvenient. I had expected the swimming pool to be ready, but it is still under construction. The breakfast was average, but the dinner was quite good.

Stay and food was good, employees are super friendly. Lake view villa was awesome, it was like a place in Bali The rooms are not big as in picture however spacious enough.
