overall a good experience, location of the property is perfect to wander ahmedabad city, also kankariya lake's gate 5 is the nearest to the property, some facilities in washroom needs improvement, otherwise overall good

The rooms are spacious with all toiletries and hot water 24*7. The breakfast is healthy and amazing with good variety and quality . The staff is also humble and polite with their hospitality.

Really it was very good Expirence with G Express I was there last year also really I like the place much it was very nice.

Location of G Express is good. Food was found excellent. Facilities were amazing.

Room and location was super 👌

Very good place with clean rooms and superb breakfast buffet

The amenities shown at the time of booking were not available in the room. As per a premium room, there were no amenities in the room. The towels were also dirty. There is no fan in the room. The centralization was not working properly.Only food is good so much costly.

Early check inn not given although rooms was available Phone number also not correct apart from that good hotel

Cleanliness is terrible. Washroom was stinking and cockroaches were spread out across the room. Wash Basin was not cleaned for all 3 days I Stayed there. White Blankets were not changed for all 3 days. They should change at least after every 2 days of Stays irrespective the same customer continued or not. Then many basis amenities/facilities which were shown at the time of booking were not provided. But when we asked for basic things i.e. Toothpaste, Soaps, then those were provided. Ambience of Room was so dull due to improper lighting. One can't do proper reading too in dim light. I worked since late night one day and have pain in my eyes. They were not even allowing to do check in 1 hour prior to actual check in time on first day due to which I have changed my travel plans unlike the same are allowed in many hotels. There were very stagnant. I believe that no value for money spent in this type of hotel. I need partial refund of my hotel fare . You can connect me

I had a great stay in Hotel G Express, the room was neat and spacious enough and also the staffs were very cooperative , kankariya Lake nearby was an added advantage

It was totally awkward experience when they said we don’t allow couples in our hotel ... then for mine friend i booked another hotel they wasted mine money.....

Location is OK.. There was no complimentary breakfast.. Requested for water bottles 2-3 times nobody bothered..Services not at all satisfactory.

Overall a good experience. The reception staff was accommodating and helpful. The in house restaurant was great. Food quality and quantity was good

The bathroom area was flooding. Found a cockroach in the bathroom. The soap provided by the hotel was very substandard. Couldn't even gather up a lather to have a bath. there are no restaurant's around. Over all a bad experience. Not worth the money spent
