TGI Felicity

Overall things are good in this TGI Felicity. Some of the things could be improved and i am little unsatisfied with is- lot of disturbance at night specially after 9pm. Loud music in room. The staff and the guest talking loudly. Some people were drinking and playing loud music. Three star TGI Felicity should have some decency. The blanket cover and pillow cover and floor mat are not regularly changed not even on alternate days which is quite unhygienic. Food is not warm and variety is less.

Overall stay was good. Breakfast was much improved. They have started giving varieties of food which is good compared to before when they used to give only south indian foods. Not much impressed by housekeeping. The staffs are not well trained. They don’t even know how to set up the bed properly. Improvement in housekeeping is required. Rooms were not cleaned properly.

Location is just great, surrounded by daily needs, fruits, ice cream, restaurant, its on a main road, walking distance from ring road. Food i ordered was not so great though but overall room was spotless, complimentary breakfast was good, bathroom was super clean, soap, shampoo, brush and paste where provided every day fresh pack. Over all great stay.

Clean and neat TGI Felicity room, hygienic bathrooms and bedding, very helpful staff. Cute little cafe open till late for meals. Don’t think twice about staying here. Walking distance from the beautiful and prestige iimb campus.

It was such a wonderful stay as a solo woman. So safe, clean and cozy. I found the staff quite helpful. I felt quite at home away from home. I wish to stay here again on my next visit n recommend to friends and family for sure.

It’s a good clean place to stay near my office. The price is usually high for what they provide but it’s a safe place so i prefer here. Staff is good.

Room and services provided were excellent. However, some of the cons I had was - the bathroom sink used to get clogged and the bathroom door's lock was not functional.
