TGI Grand Fortuna

We had a great time at tgi. The staff are very pleasant and courteous. The room aesthetics, lighting, amenities in the room are just perfect. Provision for natural light when needed was the highlight. Central air conditioning kept us cool throughout. Washroom and facilities in it is top notch and exceeds expectations. Room service was one of the best we could expect with timely response and tastefully presented food and beverages. Front desk process was a breeze and received a very warm welcome. Breakfast buffet spread was inviting and well managed. The options were plenty to satiate one’s appetite. Overall it’s been a wonderful experience and a memorable one. Thank you tgi and staff

We stayed there for a night on 23rd october. The rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet spread was decent and the taste was good. We didn't try the gym but my son used the swimming pool. There were no chairs or towels available near the pool but it was provided on request. The shower room needs an upgrade and needs to be maintained. We were not able to use them. Management needs to look into this. We didn't have any parking space problem as there was less occupancy due to pooja holidays. It looks to me like a business class TGI Grand Fortuna.

I was uneasy, regarding time, food and location facilities but when I contacted the TGI Grand Fortuna contact person, he ensured me to get my dinner in night. Honestly dinner was fresh and hot at 11:30 PM while kitchen closes at about 10:15. I specially appreciate Ms. Kalpana (from reservation desk), for helping me in finding out the right and convenient way of boarding for my next destination. She did all this painful job with a smile and never let me feel less than a friend. Thank you so much Ms. Kalpana.

I had casually mentioned at the time of checkout that the shower pressure was slow. I got a call the next day from the MD's office enquiring about my stay and also promising next time I will not face the same problem. Late that evening the gm also called to assure me my next stay will be more pleasant. Great set of staff who really impressed me with their follow up on a casual feedback of mine.

I have stayed multiple occasions at tgi grand fortuna, hosur. Just a class property and quite a co-operating front desk staff. Spacious rooms and i am just impressed with the quality of furniture's in the room for my office work. The room tariff can be moderated bit for hosur town standards. Today we get 5 star properties at metros for rs 2500- to rs 2700- with out gst.

I was forced to stopover at hosur because of bangalore bandh, was pleasantly surprised with the TGI Grand Fortuna. It's easily accessible from the highway. Very good staff and help. Food was very good and room + amenities was adequate. Overall it was a pretty pleasant stay considering it was just an overnight stop. Would be my choice in hosur next time.

By the time i reached the TGI Grand Fortuna it was around midnight and i expected the security to wake up someone to attend me. I was checked-in within a few minutes. Room was very clean. The toilet was perfect. My only concern was, i could not enjoy the facilities fully as i had to vacate the TGI Grand Fortuna early in the morning.

Reception staff was very adamant and not interested in customer's concern. After printing the invoice staff is asking for details and declined to edit the invoice to edit fundamental details like name itself. . On the other hand, security staff was awesome and very concerned of customer vehicle parking situation.

Everything is great at this TGI Grand Fortuna The location is good Staff are well trained and behaved Rooms are clean Food is nice

Was a quick stop at Hosur and this TGI Grand Fortuna fitted the bill. tucked all the boxes. best was the location is quite central for others to visit.

Prime location, easy to find, but a bit pricey.

Ok experience with front office team. Some soft skill training may be given to them

The staff were courteous, the food was great (a little spicy though, the rooms were clean. They placed toothpicks to operate elevator buttons which was nice. They could have provided complimentary hand sanitizers/masks etc. In the room as a nice welcome kit at this time.

Food was better in the past, as we've stayed here many times. Rooms are comfortable and you get a good night's sleep, which is the important thing.
