Ambience good. location easily accesible. Room service not quick. we had to call room service multiple times for a water bottle and to access wifi password. no tissue papers in room. can make arrangement to dry our wet clothes especially after using pool. Camp fire can be put a bit longer. can add some more options for entertainment. overall nice stay

Good ambience and decent stay! Breakfast buffet was good, we had taken package including dinner, thinking that dinner will also be buffet, but it was ‘a la carte’.. that was bit disappointing.. Frequent power cut was there, still manageable with backup!but it was irritating a bit! Otherwise it was good!

We stayed there from 10th Oct 2025 to 12th Oct 2025. I must say, this property is well maintained. All staff is very polite and helpful. Location of this property is excellent, though Yercarud is very small place, but this property is locaded just 1 km from lake. We stayed in Robusta room which is on first floor. They have different type of rooms, one is Flora, which are on ground floor, and Robusta is on first floor. Decent rooms very big size, and you of course have luxury feeling. Room does not have any cupboard, so you need to hang your clothes on the open provision given in the room. Rersturant is average in terms of quality and variety of food. But variety is Ok as per they charge for the buffet. At the time of our stay, Veg is charged 450/- per person, and 550/- for non veg. Also services are limited, like this restaurant is closed sharp at 10PM, you if you are reaching late here, please have dinner outside and then come here. You can't order room service also after 10PM. Another thing which I didn't like it is there tea/coffee time is 4:30PM to 6:30PM, and after that you can't order any tea/coffee. You are dependent only on room electric catle. In washrooms they provide bath towels, but if they can keep some small hand towels also, it would be helpful. Overall, it is nice peaceful experience.

I wanted to have a campfire and other activities during my stay but property didnt provide anything even after when we are repeatedly asking for activities, Rooms are good but bathroom don't have proper dress holder .i have paid for breakfast and dinner but some items are not available but when we said we pay again then they are saying it is available.

The rooms were not that welcoming and there was constant power cuts. The fans in the avocado room were so off tune because the settings don't work.. However, the location and the most amazing staff were really good at taking care of the customer.. Even though it didn't make up for the room, it was pleasant..

Not worth the price definitely

The rooms were spacious no doubt but they were definitely not worth 12000/- per night. The blinds in the washroom were infested with fungus which the hotel staff saw, acknowledges but could not do anything about. Couple of bed lights not working, no provision for extra hangers or bathroom slippers. No chairs in the balcony even for Arabica suites (though the pictures show them). They clean the room but do not refill the tea bags or milk powder sachets. Frequent power cuts (which they say is a problem with entire Yercaud). They do have power back up which sometimes takes a while to restore the power. The wash basin tap was broken, the commode lid was broken. They have written bonfire as a facility but when enquired they said it's banned. The buffet was not at all good. Mostly cold items, miniscule pieces of chicken which had to be excavated from the gravy. They have a vending machine for tea and coffee for the breakfast buffet. They served pre cooked cold omlette in the morning breakfast. The dining hall has flies all over the place, not too hygienic at all. Activities and games are left for people to explore but full body massage is enquired (as people have to pay for it) The only thing good about the place is they have very courteous staff members. When you are charging so much please provide the service and if clean rooms are not available then please do not accept bookings I checked in at 8:30pm in the evening. They had more than enough time to see that things were proper. That things were not proper does indicate that this is not a mistake by chance but a regular service fault. Hope MMT sees this and does something of the almost half a grand spent

its a well maintained property with access to basic ammenities like pool n gym. also has some indoor games, but few are broken. like the restaurant! will reommend staying here for a couple of days.
