The location was safe and secure to stay. The room was neat and clean. The bed was comfortable for two persons. There is no hot water facility for bath. Remaining everything was great for the money. In 15 min distance there is pardhasaradhi temple, it was very nice place to visit. Marina beach is also near to the Thaj Regency at a distance of 1km.

If you want room in very low price then ok go for it i have booked 2 rooms in rs 800. But location is not good so congested max people are mohamedan. Behavior of staff are not bad. Bed matress are not good spring were coming out.

The room was cozy and good although somethings were missing which is necessary in a room like dustbin and toilet necessaries the lighting were good and switches were beside bed but lacked space for storage of baggage

We stay in a basic room without tv and attached bathroom. Room was clean and tidy. With that price we are satisfied with the room. Location of the room is 3 kms. Away from chennai central. We stayed without food.
