The 1/1 Park Street Hotel

The room that was given was dirty and small and had no windows. the receptionist or manager whoever that one guy is, was very rude and arrogant and harassed my friend.

Good location but the hotel was not clean but the room was bigGood locations 😁 Hotel Old not good condition

One of the worst hotel I had stayed. 1. Rooms are not good. 2. ⁠people are smoking openly. 3. ⁠Location given in makemy trip in not exactly where it is located. I got 100 extra charged by the cab driver due to the wrong location. 4. ⁠Hotel details are misguided to the visitor. 5. ⁠Unhygienic and costly. 6. ⁠Not recommended for the stay. In such a huge price we can have multiple options available.

Position is good. Very near to Park street metro station. Room is big, but lack of maintain. Otherwise ok.

The location of the hotel is very good, but the room is very small and dirty as shown in the picture. The room is not like that there.

I booked a hotel using photographs reference on MMT Platform and while actually entering in the room the rooms are not much clean as I expected as well as The staff is not supportive. they gave the used towels and the room had a smell.

Would suggest you to not to have these kind of properties reflect on MakeMyTrip.....No kitchen, dirty towel that too they didn't change next day, leaked shampoo sachet...and moreover they have charged Rs. 7,073/- for 3 nights....is it justified ?

it was terrible , Fan and ac was not working. shortage of water in washroom

The hotel smelled bad as soon as I entered. They didn’t have a single room with a window. The bathroom was good at first and then insects and cockroaches were crawling on the surface. They didn’t have a blanket in the room and when asked the response was very poor. Staff were good with behaviour but the service was terrible

Our stay on Park Street didn't quite live up to our expectations. Despite the promising location, the room fell short of what we had hoped for. The area lacked decent dining options, forcing us to walk 200 meters in the scorching summer heat. Most nearby restaurants were bars, and there weren't any mid-range options. The hotel's sole staff member seemed disinterested in our needs, almost like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay. The WiFi connection was unreliable, disconnecting every few minutes. With no kitchen available, we had to venture out for morning tea as well. The AC in our room didn't work properly either. Given the issues, we felt the hotel was overpriced at ₹13,000+ for four nights - it's more suited to a ₹1,000-₹1,500 price range per night.

hotel is at good place but it does not have windows. receptionist/owner is very rude to provide water bottle and he don't give printed bill. he started arguing and shouting.

The hotel was good. The location of the property is very good. Overall stay was comfortable.
