Staff and services are not professional. staff is not cooperative ans very slow in services. Towel, dental and shaving kits are not available.

Clean rooms & staff are too good

Good ambience, food is delicious , breakfast is good rooms are very clean , staff behaviour is appreciated

There was no provision of Hot Water. Maintenance rep came around 7.40 pm only after having made 4-5 follow ups at all level. Maintenance guy tried but nothing worked and in this in- out of activities, my room 222 was completed spoiled / became dirty and house keeping never turned up to clean it . The worst part is inspite of my repeated request made to all concerned at Hotel, none resolved to rectify hot- water problem during my entire stay nor they provided any equipment types / size of the booked room. Food was really good , over all; I didn’t get room comfort the way I paid for and it was expected. One another serious issue is no one from the staff takes feedback from their department or clients (me) - whether the problem has been attended / resolved or not. Only

The maintenance is poor. I had booked an executive room but was initially given a 'sub-standard room whichwas changed subsequently. There was no refrigerator. Some of the appliances were working poorly. Some of the staff were poorly dressed.

The room was not good and the house keeping team threw away our toothbrush and also the front desk team does not support us.

There were bugs in the bed which I only came to know in the morning when I saw them on me and also roaming on bed . Paid 3100 for such disgusting experience. Food was also over priced and tasted below average.

Room was average only . It was large but some amenities inside it needed repairs or replacement like chair , the head board padding in the bed (The head board padding was made of velvet and was reeking of that wet smell also because it was rainy season). The bathroom could also have been better. But also the hotel had mentioned that they were undergoing renovation so nothing much could be expected. The great thing was the breakfast. A large number of options were there and taste was also good. It was decent. Decent because the room was big but needed renovation. A chair needed replacement. The headboard padding was velvet and reeked of a rainy smell. It should have been of leather. The washroom was also ok not the best. Hotel head mentioned everywhere in the property that they were undergoing renovation. So nothing much can be said. But the great thing was breakfast. It had a lot of options. So an average to decent stay it was.

Pathetic room service and there was a big problem of water, no warm water and washroom was not so good

Property and room was truly good and spacious. Buffet food is very good. But when we ordered veg biryani in allacada it takes longer time to serve as well as not upto the mark of Amanda rest of food. Hope they improve same

Despite booking a luxury room, only basic room was given which was dirty and small. Even the extension of 2hrs taken in package was not provided.
