The Aarya A Smart Business Hotel

The stay was good!! There are some issue 1. There is no parking area 2. ⁠Washroom were clean but smelly. 3. ⁠No windows in room!! Overall stay was good!! Good for 1 night stay!!

It was a nice experience. Located at mid point for Airport, railway station and juhu beach.

Very helpful staff. Easy access to the airport. However some rooms need to be revamped as they seem to be quite old and worn, some chairs have fungus. Other than that this is a perfect transit point in between flights.

very pathetic experience in my whole life, what’s shown in the images are exactly opposite of they provide also if you are sole traveler looking for stay please avoid going there bcoz they will give you such a shady room with uncomfortable vibe in that. Also service from the receptionist was rude and very disrespectful the way he was talking was very rude not attending to the request I put it for upgrade or something to do with that shady room the look was not safe as well washrooms was unhygienic bad odur fishy smell was coming bed was having stain on that poor room unhygienic I wasted on this and got no refund I could not stay there for 1 hour I left from there and found a good place but please don’t go there unless you wanna waste your money on such stupid hotel stupid staff Pathetic service pathetic hotel staff pathetic room , shady room was provided to me , even after requesting to upgrade or provide any other rooms still they said no to me very rude behaviour of the receptionist I had to leave in one hour from that room after check in bcoz of bad odour smell fishy smell was coming poor hygiene of bathroom room and bedsheet was dirty everything was dirty I wasted my money on this pathetic hotel bcoz shown the good pictures of the hotel I had to waste my money on this stupid hotel very bad service even you guys don’t give option for refund as well I had to leave empty hand from there so stupid I was that I booked from you all will never repeat this mistake

Room required some maintenance bed is noisy, bathroom needs also some maintenance. Staff is good, all services is good, location is good,

Rooms are very smelly and bathroom stinks. there is no ventilation. the bedding is not very clean. Also the chairs in room 002 were broken

There was dust everywhere in the room , it was one of the most horrible place I have stayed.please don’t visit this place

excellent restaurant and service. room is small but good for business trip location is slightly inside and narrow road and no parking available, however staff is cooperative

Elegant staff with clean rooms. this property is near Santacruz railway station and metro station is also within walking distance.

My stay at Aarya International was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, a broken air conditioner. To make matters worse, the staff was unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Their attitude was dismissive, and they refused to accommodate any requests. and the management clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. Save yourself the frustration and book literally anywhere else.

Bedding was a bit ordinary. It should be improved. Food wak ok. Hygiene was good.

Room is good, bathroom was clean, santacruz station is nearby, at a good location - all facilities and even a supermarket nearby. Room service was great, complimentary breakfast was the best. Reasonable rates, would highly recommend!

Very neat & tidy rooms wid view. Proper hygiene maintained. Very friendly care taking staff. Took very good care of me as i was a solo traveller felt safe. It was my 6th tym stay. Shopping market nearby.

The hotel room was clean, nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The people working at the reception very kind and helpful.

Worst experience ever. They dont have parking space for your cars, you have to park it on the roads with big rats. Overall experience was horrible

Property location is good, complementary breakfast is also good, but the hotel have no restaurant we have to order the food through phone and they serve the food in the room, by that our choices were limited and we are not able to taste various items. The most important is that the bed sheets and pillow covers were not washed and that is defenenitely used by other guests with a fowl smell. We use our own linen. I don't prefer this property in future.

Good location, lift is not there so climbing step with luggage might be a problem for people having health issues. The building has upto 2 floors. Service is quite good and they don't have inhouse restaurant, everything needs to be ordered from outside.
