My room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities as needed. Good things 1. Staff behaviour was nice. 2. Food taste was good. 3. Located in centre of the condolim. All restaurants & market place was near. Bad things: 1. On the very first day non-veg & veg food was kept in a same pot/bowl/container, only partition was there in between veg & non veg food. Lid of that pot was same. It was good that they mentioned the dish name with proper green & red sign, so i could get proper information about that food. So i skip to consume non veg. Please keep in mind about this thing during the meal time if you are taking food from there. 2. Room was smelly, on asking we got to know that due to the humidity (coastal area) it is happening. After starting ac smell & humidity was not there in room. I would say overall experience was good. Vegetarian guys please take care during consuming any food carefully

Given room was not as per my expectations. I took my family for business and pleasure vacation to goa. Stayed at the acacia thinking of good experiance. Staff is cordial, parking space is a mess. Narrow lane with less parking. Toilet was not clean lot of fungus in the shower area. Wall are having moss formation. For 3 people only 2 towels given, for rs. 6800 room only 2 small bottles water is given. Small tv, furniture was looking chinese. Many places joints are coming out. What saved a day was breakfast and good staff. Else the stay was average. I am saving this review as ‘good’ for staff behaviour only. Pls. Take care of the cleanliness. The money paid need to be respected.

The front reception was very accommodating with our early check-in request, a refreshing kokum drink was served as a welcome drink. The The Acacia Hotel & Spa Goa room was very neat and tidy, and the ambiance of the The Acacia Hotel & Spa Goa was also very beautiful. We opted for the spa services at the The Acacia Hotel & Spa Goa and it was amazing, absolutely worth it. The food is also really good with offers on poolside mocktails and cocktails, the kiwi spin z is worth trying. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to goa.

We were here for 2 days. The location is the best. The staff is also very courteous and very helpful especially thank u beanie from the reception. The only one thing i suffered was i had ordered the food and it took around 1 hour 30 mins for the order to reach my room. The food was good though but my child literally slept post we ordered the food. Also the food is quite expensive here. I would suggest to eat outside as there are many food joints just near to the The Acacia Hotel & Spa Goa. The overall experience was good.

Very well placed, clean, comfortable stay at acacia The Acacia Hotel & Spa Goa. Just a little walkable to the beach but on a perfect street full of shops and restaurants. It is so well located that it connects south goa, panjim, airport etc. Well. Everything is available just as you climb down to the street. Staff is courteous. Room is comfortable. Pool and food are worth trying. Sushant helped us reach the right restaurants and sightseeing places. Any concerns were taken care of properly. A very nice 4 day stay in sep.

1. Car parking space is decent, however during peak season will be a problem 2. Rooms are spacious but a bit outdated 3. Tv is small and has issues with switching to tata sky 4. Staff is courteous 5. Breakfast quality is good
