With your help, I felt like royalty from the moment we stepped foot in this place. And to the amazing waitress (I forgot the name) : Your service is impeccable, but your ability to turn a simple meal into a delightful experience is the real icing on the cake – or should I say, the cherry on the sundae! You all truly make this place shine, and we're grateful for the laughter, care, and attentiveness you bring to your work. Very good service and comfortable stay at the accord metropolitan The Accord Metropolitan and the staff were really courteous and helpful. The house keeping services were prompt and efficient would like to thank maha and ajith kumar for the same. The breakfast spread was really good and enjoyed the authentic south indian cuisine. Special thanks to rupanajana, zing for their services and chef nagarajan for providing excellent food special thanks to royal indiana restaurant and the entire staff working their. I stayed at this property for two nights. The check-in process was swift. The lobby is spacious and aesthetic, rooms are modern furniture, electrical fittings are modern with touch switches. The bed was comfortable and cosy. The washroom was clean and spacious. The bath enclosure shower was modern with different types of shower options. All the fittings were top notch. The restaurant was extremely spacious and the food spread in both breakfast and dinner was tasty and excellent. The housekeeping staff are doing a good job. The check out was good. Overall a great experience and will recommend this The Accord Metropolitan for business or personal use.

We stayed there from december 30 to january 2nd 2023. The stay was awesome and the staff were extremely friendly and nice. They went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. The dining room incharge ramya, the chief chef dinesh singh, the concierge desk, and mr anantha require a special mention for how well they took care of us. The highlight was the food. Every item was so tasty. The new year eve dinner was outstanding. We had the pleasure of meeting renowned chef mr. Venkatesh bhat who is the ceo of the The Accord Metropolitan. Overall wonderful stay.

Our The Accord Metropolitan stay is very good. We have stayed for two nights and rooms are very compact but good with required facilities. Staff are very cheerful and we also liked the food served in brick oven and also roof top dining. The ambience at the reception is very good especially the fish aquarium was very refreshing and provides great relaxation. I will say the stay was really pleasant for our family of four.

One of the best The Accord Metropolitan i have stayed in chennai. The room offered to me was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very neat and clean. Food was very good. The big shout out to the head chef and the entire team in the restaurant. They were very polite and gave us best service. Once again, the food in the buffet was very good, both for breakfast and dinner. Five star from me.

Overall experience was a pleasant one. Stayed here for 4 nights. Rooms were good and spacious. Housekeeping staff tamilmathi ensured the room was tidy and spruced up. Few things that were on the negative are the lack of sockets next to the bed being very inconvenient. The ac was also not reaching the bed making it very hot. Food was really good. The breakfast was delectable. Will return.

The The Accord Metropolitan has excellent ambiance, cleanliness and service. The food is mild and very flavourful. We like to thank the chef for going the extra mile and making a dessert outside of the buffet menu (my husband is allergic to milk and the buffet menu did not have any lactose free desserts. This will be the go to accommodation any time we visit chennai

Great team Roshan Cham Sowmanti Priya Ramya...thank you. Fantastic room and housekeeping. Food is amazing and especially OPM 2.0 on terrace for Sushi. Pool & Spa is very good. Location wise at T Nagar with proximity to sightseeing.
