Location was premium but the room was not at all ok. Bathroom was shabby, toilet wasn't working. Staff was very curteous and polite. Actually the hotel must have been a house turned into a hotel. Terrible stay

It was nice stay. Good service and very welcoming people. Reception person guided us to visit the best places which was very helpful. Room service, delicious food with reasonable price. No hassle to look for good and tasty food. And the star Item is view. you will get an marvellous view from this stay. It is spot of naddi, early morning you could see colorful birds, waterfall sounds occupied with greenery around. dont hesitate, go for it. you won't regret, its best recommendation.

Location in excellent. Taxi stand and cafe is just outside the hotel which makes things easier. Staff is polite and well- mannered. Room service is on time. The food in restaurant is very hygienic

The location is awesome but problem in parking (open public parking is the onl option). Please avoid staying at Ground Floor.

Iam happy but my partner didn’t feel secure their…..even parking area is too short and they took a lot of time to gave order

Property was not properly maintained and rooms were not clean also the bathroom had a stinking smell and overall the experience was not upto expectations although the location was good but still hotel could not provide the service as per the rates charged for accommodation.

The property is poorly maintained. The rooms smelled. The water clogged in bathrooms. The rooms are too small. Linen were not clean. The hotel is understaffed.

The location was in the centre of village, food was good although limited menu is served, a ceiling and wall light was not functional & services were standard.
